Noise Oddness

This started a few weeks ago; & prior to that; The situation was entirely different. The Difference was that The Building was always ( nearly so ) very quiet.
But then; it started to get noisier.
Then it got so noisy that i wrote a text mesage using The Group Message, which i’m Not supposed to use, it is for official business only ( !!! )
❶ It's so nice when the building is so quiet as it is now -- I have this crazy idea that I these modern times, everyone should be using earbuds when they're listening to their electronic devices, you experience a much nicer listening period for yourself, & the rest of the building will enjoy your privacy (than)!

❷ We've just had a remarkably quiet Sunday, until just now, someone's TV or (?) is on a little too load? The most curious thing about sounds in this building is that I can never be quite sure where the source is, even when I walk through the entire building & stand beside doors that I strongly suspect as the makers of the disturbance, l am never completely certain, the sounds seem to come through my walls & ceiling & floor much more clearly than hall way walls & doors?
It's very mysterious! & Often; the sounds will seem to be nearly just as loud with be earplugs out as when their in ???
If I'm hallucinating this phenomena, then | apologize for bothering anyone, but if it is real, then it's curious that this has only started in the last few weeks? So has something changed since before then?

This is the nicest building I've been in on my own ever!
I hope it soon returns to the formerly very quiet building it has been!

❸ How loud is too loud ? ! have often wondered what the ambient apartment building noise level should be?
One problem may be that if you don't hear any bleed through from your neighbors, then you may come to believe that the buildings sound insulation is good, but it may be that you just have very quiet neighbors that are conscientious about maintaining their noise levels to be "good" neighbors!?
While the buildings noise insulation is actually horrible!
This building has paper thin walls, floors & ceilings, & sounds don't just propagate from one room to another, but fill the entire building, which may not be apparent if most of the tenants are trying to be good neighbors most of the time!
Are you interested in being a good neighbor?
The benefits of being a good neighbor may be subtle, but they are foundational to being more functional in your day to day existence (?)

After The First Missive, It seemed like there was some change in The Volume & such, but this was soon nullified ( !!! )
i began to believe that some of this was an artifact of my tinnitus, which has always been a simple high pitched tone that i am occasionally aware of, & sometimes, Not at all aware of ( ? )
One thing that makes me believe this is all a real phenomena though, is The ’Television’ Noise is either definitely On or Off.
There is however a spectrum of these types of ‘Noise’.
One pattern is that it will suddenly come on, & be quite loud, & sound like a sports announcer with peripheral noise accompanying it, that may or may Not be supportive of this ’Sports Announcer’ Interpretation ( ? )
This Sound ‘Pattern though, will persist for about 15_minutes, then The Volume willl Drop off, & be replaced with a Granulated Static or White Noise with Variations. It will be entirely incomprehensible & this will persist for another 15_minutes, then Drop off or go Silent. After this; it’s either completely Off, or possibly a persistent Low Frequency Broadband ‘Noise’ will remain audible, & this may go on for some time. This last phase will be a much lower volume & this is The kind of sound that seems like it might be some variance of Tinnitus ( ? ) — But even this will often suddenly Stop & go Silent, & The Building will be entirely quiet again.

This seems very odd though; as this doesn’t reflect The Way people watch television or listen to The Radio. They don’t listen for a brief span of 15 or 30_minutes then completely stop ( ? )

The very low volume broadband low frequency Static has been coming on in intervals that seem to come after The other Pattern that starts with intelligible something, then slides off into this ‘filler’ noise ( ? ) What is this ( ? ) Is it from an entirely different source ( ? ) It seems particularly odd in that The Tambour of The noise is unlike any television program, or radio station of either talk interviews or music, it is more like The Sound of a rough river flowing, wind through trees or a crowd of disorderly demonstrators ( ? )

Since this all came about rather abruptly; i have this idea that it’s a bubble phenomena, & things will go back to normal any day now — Although i can’t imagine what circumstances brought it into being, or how it will be resolved.

As a side issue; Along with The ‘Television’ or ‘Radio’ Noise; there have been other odd sounds that have appeared in this time frame ( ? ) These is The Sound of Water Trickling into a bin of standing water, Other rushing water sounds & rare door knockings ( ? )

After i think it was my second missive; i heard ‘someone’ from downstairs, run up to The Second Level, then back down, all very quickly for some undisclosed purpose ( ? )

Very shortly after my third missive, The Television noise stopped, but The low volume rushing crowd mob came on & has remained active for more than an hour, which is counter to The usual pattern of coming on for about a half an hour & then stopping ( ? )

There is a big part of me that believes that this is entirely without any underlying purpose serving The needs of any person in The Building, but rather; some entirely mischievious scheme to drive me insane. this is following a similar pattern that occurred when in The final months of my time in Bremerton, thinsg were getting weirder & weirder, terminating with me abandoning everything & becoming a street person; but i’m much too old fot that now; i can barely walk a block, & i don’t want to go back to Hwawi’i ( !!! )
A nice Stroke ro Anurism would be nice i think, i am believing that a nice benign purgatory is awaiting me in The Afterlife ( ? ) But Reincarnation might drop me into anther dysfunctional family that i just got out of. Why do disincarnate souls allow themselves to be put into situations like that, what purpose could it possibly serve ( ? )
