I now believe ? That these weird noises of A particular kind were caused by The steam pipes in my room- but because they don't occur sometimes when The steam is on it is something else that is associated with them-?- such as some internal function of condition?

One other small point; I think that I provided numerous clues or hints that this may have been what I was hearing, but no one in The building suggested that that’s what I was listening to ! If they had any experience with this phenomenon, they might easily have but an end to it much earlier, but they apparently took greater glee in making me & everyone else think I was just ‘The Crazy One’*— which was & is a strong possibility !

Some of you may have enjoyed this, while others may have experienced annoyance & confusion, along with worrying what I might do next ( more of nothing ) ! 

 Well— I think it’s over with for now, peace be with everyone, I will try to less reactionary in The future ( !!! )

Never violent though, although I do have a past history ( Not so much recently ) of mischief making ( ! )

i was going to go down & verify; Once & for All whether this strange audio phenomena was coming form Unit 4 & on The Walk down there; The Volume in The Hallways seemed to be exactly The Same as it is in my room ( !!! ) 

i also noticed some loud talking, which i couldn't hear in my room at all.

But when i stood right outside Unit 4 & stuck my head up against his door, The Volume rmained exactly The Same, it didn't seem any louder at all ( ? ) ( !!! ) So i took some important looking mail out of my mailbox & left without The confrontation, which may have resulted in bloodshed ( ? ) 

What is this noise ( ? ) It is so very strange ( ? )

 monday- Jan o5 2026 The noisyness started around 2:00 am or possibly 3:00 a,m

Then kept at it until 7:00 am when I got up to go to The store at around 9:00 & when I got back, it had presumed & continued for The entire day, past 5:00 _ The most curious thing (2 parts, is that my earplugs have No diminishing quality on it, when i take my earplugs out The sounds volume & quality are exactly The same as when they're in my Ean holes!

The other thing is that I am assuming that The source is from a TV or radio, in doesn't really sound like either.it sounds like mechanical buzzing on one level & white noise or static at A very low frequency on another level, and it is barely discernible right on the edge of being audible at all? Bot I can hear it & it's driving me crazy !!!

I should just go down & confirm that its coming from unit 4 as this is still a uncertainty - this sort of thing has happened before when I was absolutely certain that very loud guitar playing was coming from unit to above me, when in turned our to be a early old geese in unit 4 below me!

. But I hate talking to anyone, even in The best, most pleasant of times!

I may break my personality disorder soon though- as this is really bugging me.

I'm also very annoyed that everyone else in The building & The owner seems to think that a noisy building is "normal"& this May be true? But no one is willing to articulate what that really means

At this moment - 6:39pm - it seems pretty quiet, which suggests to me that it's a really phenomena, ours be of my hallucinogenic head?

I just did a walk through of The entire building & while I aid find that a couple in unit 2 were having A loud conversation, I could not find a definitive source for The loud crazy Music that is in my room ! It is now 2:00 AM The ear plugs I'm wearing are having no effect on this "music" at all. Am I The crazy one? It would also seem that this is a naturally noisy building - & that In The past as I recall this building being very quiet - it may have been some kind of delusion or The person that had or has been in unit 4 was very quiet until recently, or a new person has moved in? Do The other people that live here really expect that an apartment building like this is inevitably going to be very noisy all The time? How is A normal person e supposed to deal with this? It migh also here relevant here that I have autism, & am "sensitive" to sounds of all kings, in paricular, those whose source is confusing on The sounds themselves are confusing - as these are. What I am listening to now is non "musk" in any usual sense, but A combination of random noise & opera singing??? What is it? This has been another ament to use The Apple Pencil towrite with & it may be my illegible handwriting of The device itself, but this is very frustrating to try &use??

 the most annoying element of this on going fiasco is that The earplugs that I've been wearing constanty for The last several years aren't having any effect at diminishing this noise - I don't understand how this could be? The noise sounds exactly as loud as when they're in, as when they're out ?

I was also going to mention that one of The curious sound effects that I've been experiencing has been reclassified to The noise of The steam pipes! This was previously thought to be some kind of radio station of screaming mobs of people, but I now believe it to be entirely mechanical in nature

But this still leaves The most obvious television or radio broadcast sounds that sometimes some in as very loud, & sometimes are just barely Audible, which I've mentioned, I believe, are even more annoying when I'm not sure what I'm listening to? 

I've been trying to write this missive with my Apple Pencil, but it's too tedious & difficult.

It’s been very quiet all morning, & yesterday morning, 

But around this time ( ? ) my Neighbor ( in 4 ( ? ) ) cranks up his TV or Whatever without The Benefit of Headphones or Earbuds, & due to The Acoustic Principles of this Building; i can Not make out what this Audio Noise Represents; only that it’s discernible & greatly annoying !

One peculiar element of this Fiasco; is that The Building ‘Manager’ that i have made enemies with early in her placement, has Not contributed at all to The Discussions in The Text Postings. She used to be quite active here, but now; i may be suspecting that she is tacitly taking sides with The Nosey Resident in 4 & hoping this annoyance will drive me out; Thus; She Wins ( !!! ) 

Unfortunately; i do Not have The Resources or Means to move anywhere, except perhaps by simply abandoning everything in my room ( as i have done on several previous ‘movings’ ) & become a street person again ( ? ) But i feel that i’m much to old to be doing that again, as i find it very difficult o even move around my room & nearly intolerable to walk a half a block when i’m outside, going shopping. 

Several months ago; during one of these Text Based Discussions; i made a statement to our Landlord & Building Owner that may have made him my enemy too; So it may be his lack of involvement in all of this; might suggest that he is also taking sides with The ‘Building Manager’ & tenet in 4 to make my life as miserable as possible. ( ? ) 

i have often considered my life to be exceptionally blessed; although  by many other peoples ‘standards’, they may find this confusing, as i have spend about 20 or so years as a street person, & nearly all of my adult life on SSI, which in constructed, Not to help poor, crazy or disabled people, but to very decidedly Not help them & do everything to keep them as poor as possible ( !!! ) 

Nevertheless; i am of comparatively good health; have nearly all of The Material Items i desire & although my mental disability keeps me from having friends or spouses, it also keeps my brain  from missing these necessities that others find to be so important. 

i just wish that The person in 4 were more considerate & would buy some Earbuds ( !!! )
