 Weird Auditory Hallucinations

i’ve been having these weird hallucinations of really loud music or TV programming coming into my room, it seems very real — But there are a few things about it that suggest that these sounds are an hallucination ( ? ) 

①  They occur very suddenly; as one might expect; But then they slowly fade away & disappear within 15 to 20 minutes, leaving a residue of White Noise to take its place. Also The Noise first appears to be a Game Show or Sports Activity; then changes to a ruckus of loud talking & shouting by a group in an enclosed space, that it all completely unintelligible. 

② The Sounds seem to coming from The Room above me ( 10 Michael G ) But he denies this; So that would suggest they coming from below me in 4 ( ? ) But they also seem to be coming from 6 ( next door ) — But when i got out into The Hall to try & track down The source by wandering up & downstairs, The Sound seems to have a uniform volume no matter where i am, although The other Day, they seemed to be coming from way downstairs in The South Quadrant of Room 2 ( 1st Floor SouthEast End ) ( ? ) 

③ The Most troubling aspect though, is that The Volume seems to be The Same if i have my earplug in or out ( ? ) ( !!! ) 

④ The Occasions when these sounds most readily occurred were in The Afternoon around 4p & then around 11:30p & then that next morning around 5:30a ( ? ) Then after i decided that these were hallucinations, they seemed to go away & remained silent for about 24 hours through all of July 1st ( except that morning ) to July 2nd . 

It's Happening Again ( !!! ) Noisy Neighbors or Ghosts or Something Else ( ? )

It suddenly came on again; But it sounds just as loud with my earplugs in or out, & it seems about The same volume throughout The building ( ? ) 

Am i The Crazy one ( ? ) 

Another thing is that whenever this happens ( nearly always ) The Noise Suddenly becomes apparent; Then after about 15 to 20 Minutes, it fades away, which is Not how people ordinarily watch television or listen to The Radio --

& Along with fading away; it's left with a residue of 'White Noise' or some variation on that ( ? ) Then this maintains about The Same Volume, then it fades away. . .  ( ? )

Am i The Crazy One; or am i tuning into some other phenomena ( ? )

What i would most like; is other people in The Building contributing comments after i post a rant, saying that they hear nothing, or The White Noise or a burst of Media Noise ( ? )
