As A Function of this;
i have comparatively recently become very much aware & disappointed by; The utter Failure of Logical Thinking to Resolve any of The Important Questions that The Modest Ape has been asking ( Articulating within a Social Forum ) for The Last 25,000 Years.

It may be successfully Argued that Philosophy has been terribly immature until just recently; But it is my contention that it is still horribly immature. The critical thinking of our most modern thinkers is still as primitive & childish as The Greatest Neanderthal Geomancers.

The most Glaring Proof of this is That as A Method of Our Most Serious Application of Clear Thinking, Western Civilization Resorts to A Theatrical Circus which is used in conjunction with Popular Applause to Determine The Guilt or Innocence of The Randomly Accused Citizens. This Decision is Then used to Condemn The Victims to Torture or Death.

What i am suggesting is that Humanimals are Incapable of Genuine Thinking.
What we pass off as Thinking is merely Insanely Complex Behaviours that are Layered on Top of One Another, Layer upon Layer, Which results in a Deviant Waltz of Emergent Complexity.
It may appear to the patient observer as Intelligence;
But it reveals its True Axiomatic Foundation of Mindless, Inconsequential Beating of Sticks on A Dry Earth by The Interjection of Sudden, Erratic Actions which Completely Refute All Previous Behaviours which would seem to have been leading to a Reasoned Objective.

How Might This Hypothesis choose to explain The Trinkets that The Rock Throwing Hamsters have Created.
The Principle Theory states unambiguously that The Humanimals are Incapable of Rational Thought, Which would preclude the possibility of having developed a True Scientific Manner of Rationality...

Now Then: If Conscious/Awareness were A Residue of The Brain, The Brain Creates a Thought; Then Sees It.
That is; It becomes Aware of The Thought that it just Created.
It seems entirely reasonable to me that it would be possible to create a wax figure that behaves in exactly the way that humanimals behave, Including such Feats as writing Insipid Romance Novels, Expressing The Transendental Enlightenment of Schizophrenia, Composing Symphonies of the likes of Mozart or Boy George &/or Bashing in One Another's Heads with Household Appliances.
Such Mannequins might even Generate Thoughts which are Never Expressed in Any Behaviours that May be Betrayed by A Hidden Video Camera.
But would such Anorexic Fashion Models possess =Awareness=?

As This Argument Suggested Earlier; All Thoughts are Residue of The Brain.
So That If The Brain Generates a Thought, And then Becomes Aware of That Thought, What does it gain from This? Does this Process Produce some Additional Thought(s,
And If So; Where does this Additional Thought(s come from?

Let us Consider The Most Charitable Way to Resolve This.
The Brain Generates a Thought,
Then Becomes Aware of it, Requiring Another Portion of The Brain to Exercise This Awareness Activity; But this Rerouting of Neural Activity is Still Within The Brain,
And If This Secondary Activity Generates Additional Thoughts; It is merely another cabinet of dominoes falling over one another.
Why is there another Sanctum of Neural Activity that Experiences This Awareness.
Is it The Awareness that Generates Additional Thoughts, or The Brain.
It is The Brain of Course.
The Brain Creates a First Tier of Thoughts, Then a Second Tier of Thoughts.

This Idea of Thoughts is Very Confusing to Me.

Would The Brain Generate a Behavioural Causality =Thought=
Or Non-Behavioural Causality =Thought=
That is Then Processed Though The Language Center to Express That Naked Behavioural Thought into Sentences of Language...
That are Then Routed Back through The Interpretive Language Center for This Entirely Pointless Consciousness to =Understand=?
It would seem to make much more Sense that The Naked Behavioural Thought is Forwarded Directly to The Pointless Awareness Center... But this would mean that we Only Think that we are Thinking in Sentences. All our thoughts are actually being Conducted in The Naked Behavioural Language.

But getting back to my Assertion that Awareness is Something that The Brain Does Not Experience...
It seems to me that If The Brain Generates a Thought
Which is Then processed by an Awareness Center
Which is Experienced as A Thought...
i can see The Brain Creating The Awareness Thought,
But is The Brain Aware of That Thought.

It might be like a Computer Generating a Page of Graphics & Text,
Which is Then Sent to a Printer...
But The Computer Never =Sees= The Printed Page.

If The Brain Never Sees The Thought that it Just Created
And Formatted to Be Experienced As A Thought that one is Aware of...
Then:
When The Brain says; “I Think; There I Am.”
What in The Heck is it Talking About?

The Brain is Not Aware of Awareness;
And No Thought that Comes from The Process of Awareness Can Be Fed Back to The Brain; As that would mean that The Brain Received a Thought that It did not Generate.
There is No Way for A Brain to Be Aware that it is Generating Awareness.
So that When It Says; “ITTIA.” — It is Either Lying or Mistaken.
At The Very Least; It is Referring to An Awareness that We,
In our Experience of Awareness, Can Not Be Aware of,
And It Can Not Be Aware of Our Awareness.

i keep Straying from Gene Sentience.

My Chief Discomfort with Gene Sentience is That If This were an Accurate Model of The Universe, Life & The Last Friday One Trillion, Trillion Years from When Heaven Closes It's Doors after being sold to That Universe down The Block that we Never took very seriously.

It Doesn't allow for Robots to Take our places.
Which is A Heartfelt Aspiration of Mine.
i hope to Reincarnate into a Robot.

The Escape Clause would seem to be that Genes are themselves being Exploited by An Even More Elemental Directive.
And this may be The Desire of The Universe to Store Information.
And to Do This; It must have a Correlating Function of Information Collection & A Fanatical Appreciation for Backup Copies.

This fits very neatly with what Genes do.
But when The Opportunity to Switch to A More Reliable Information Storage Medium Becomes Available; The Genes will Happily Create This Replacement Vehicle, And then Allow themselves to become A Well Documented Footnote.

Strangely ( ? ) i am much more willing to allow that a house fly exhibits, or is capable of experiencing the phenomena of consciousness— Than most humanimals.
It must surely be the case that If a Fly does experience Consciousness; Then Any Humanimal, irregardless of how mentally disabled they are, and have lived to be 3 years old, must be sufficiently gifted to this degree...
So— What i mean is; i don't believe that a house fly could manifest all their incredibly complex behaviours without somehow cheating, Given the number of neurons that they have been allocated.
Either The Fly has been programmed with a very complex library of heuristic algorythms, Or a much smaller number of Simple Directives which are the basis for their tremendously complex activities via The Phenomena of Emergent Complexity...
Which i will allow; May create very amazing behaviours with a very small number of Instructions.
But— i just choose to believe that when a fly looks out through it's compound eyes...
It sees things.

If not; Then the same argument that refutes the sentience of a fly, may just as easily be applied to hamsters & parakeets as well. It is simply a matter of how many simple machines are working together to display a given number of complex behaviours.

Tangental Digression:
Have you even wondered about those tiny brains that the dinosaurs would alleged to have?
Modern Thinking & Common Sense are now asserting that those hugely huge hairless ungulates were able to care for their young, wander in herds, migrate perhaps, and find suitable things for eating and avoid being eaten. Just like Modern Animals like Zebras or Starlings. So why to Zebras & Starlings have such big brains? If The Dinosaurs could do everything ( ? ) that Modern Animals can do...
Or— Not. What can Zebras do that a Brontosaurus couldn't do?
Do Zebras have a richer personal experience when gazing up at clouds?
One suggestion that may possibly have some weight to it... Concerns the Skin of Dinosaurs and Zebras. While i think, from our understand & observations of lizards and salamanders, They are able to sense a firm poke to their thigh... It may be that a Zebra's Brain is spending an overt amount of time monitoring the activity of each hair on it's body... While a Dinosaur, with bare skin, may have been able to sense only blunt trauma to substantially large regions?
So according to this line of reasoning; The Supposed Intelligence of humanimals may be due to the fact that mammals evolved large brains to oversee all our follicles, Then lost our hair, Kept the big brain, And used it for pointless mischief.

The point that i intended to make; But became hopelessly muddled by my own disorganized thinking... Was that While i wish to believe that a Fly is Genuinely Conscious;
i expect that the personal awareness of The Fly...

Wait: Another Digression.
You know The Test that Behaviouralists give monkeys to see if they're ‘Aware’ of themselves... By painting a dot on their foreheads when their asleep, And then putting them into a room with a mirror, to see if they will wipe the dot off...
i am very skeptical of the validity of this test.
First: A Mirror is an Extremely Artificial Contrivance, and unless they have been brought up with mirrors, i can't believe for a moment that any given monkey or ape, cat or illiterate humanimal is going to understand what their experiencing in a timely manner.
It may be suggested that mirror occur in nature; Such as when looking into a pool of water.
Have you Ever actually looked at yourself in a pool of water? Putting yourself in a suitable position over sufficiently calm water, under optimal light conditions—
Is extremely improbable.
Second: i suspect that if A Fly does experience the universe in a primitive sort of way, They may very well, As Tailed Monkeys are thought to experience the universe; As a Pointalistic Singularity, Effectively An Observational Node in An UnDifferentiated Reality.
Maybe That is The Superiour Way of Experiencing The World.
Isn't that what The Zen Monks want us to believe?
Maybe it's The Smart Animals that are OverThinking the World are the Ones that have Lost The Ability to Be Genuinely Conscious?

The point that i intended to make; But became despairingly tangled by my own shambolic thinking... Was that While i wish to believe that a Fly is Genuinely Conscious;
i expect that the personal awareness of The Fly is appropriately terse given it's diminutive stature.
But A Humanimal... When i say that i don't believe that most humanimals are genuinely conscious... i mean that i rarely witness this inherent consciousness becoming manifest to a degree that rises to the promises of any given, absolutely filthy homo-erectus sharpening a stick.
By far & above; Humanimals are simply incapable of the barest demonstration of original thought or action. Western Civilization is Sustained by a tiny fraction of the population that supervises The Damp Masses that have been trained to perform some astonishingly complex occupations by Classic Pavlovian Conditioning.

Instinct for Survival
i agree that most animals do not have an articulated personal expression of life & death.
It's been demonstrated to my satisfaction that most animals have no awareness of the passing of their peers or prey.
Lions routinely eat animals that are still alive, and a herd of animals will blithely continue grazing when their significant other falls over dead from a coronary or stroke.
Beavers have been ( ? ) known to chew off a leg to escape a bear trap, which seems to strongly suggest that they are concerned only with the moment, and lack an understanding of retirement communities.
But again; Isn't this the kind of Thinking that Eastern Masters tell us is The Aiguille of Enlightened Awareness?

The thinking that humanimals are quantitatively different from this kind of thinking, though, is probably wrong.
What makes humans think that they are thinking ( about personal survival & such ) is merely the complexity of superfluously layered cognition.
"This is delicious, but if I eat this kind of stuff too often I could end up with heart disease."
...Is an Expression of Conflict Behaviour.
That is; There are numerous tiny little directives simultaneously operating in your massively parallel brain, Which causes some to butt heads with each other from time to time. When this happens, Usually; One dominates... But it is very often the case that there is no clear winner, And when this happens; The experiencer either expresses both opposing behaviours at the same time...
Or they discard whatever they were doing, Even if it was extremely important for their survival, And express a completely unrelated behaviour.
The fact that humanimals are often witnessed professing to these sorts of completely bone-headed diversions seems to fit this model.

Another Digression:

It's been suggested that all behaviour may be reduced to our desire to be ‘Happy.’
We work for money to buy things that will make us; For whatever reasons, Happy.
We have sex because it makes us Happy.
We eat so that we will be Happy.
We make Art or Music to make us Happy; When other people appreciate that we are making them Happy.

And it may be further suggested that All these examples can be flipped over to The Avoidance of Sadness...

But i would like to assert that It's not The Avoidance of Sadness that is really motivating us to Do -AnyThing- ... But The Necessity of Stopping Pain.

Pain can take many forms, But most specifically for this argument, i would like to define Pain as An Awareness of Discomfort, Which if Unattended to; Will only get worse and interfere will all other survival oriented activities.
Such that; If any of these Discomforts is ignored it will result in a substantial reduction of the individuals quality of life.

It may now be pointed out that by avoiding activities that make us happy will result in the lessening of one's standard of living...

But the difference may be seen by exploiting the addiction of smoking.
Every Smoker that i know insist that they enjoy smoking, That smoking makes them Happy.
But if you deny a Smoker a bowl of Ice Cream for a whole week, they may indeed experience a sense of sadness; But they just as reasonably not even be aware that they are suffering this burden of No Ice Cream.
But if you take away their cigarettes for a hour— They will go totally fawking CrAzY...!!!

It's not Happiness that they are seeking;
They are Avoiding The Pain of Nicotine withdrawal by Smoking The Cigarettes.
( But try telling them this! )

It is my assertion now that while An Addiction to Nicotine is an extreme example...
We clearly experience pain when we are denied food or water,
And The Desire to have Sex is not Motivated by The Fleeting Happiness that an Orgasm provides, But to stop The Anxiety ( The Pain ) of Sexual Denial.
This model may easily be extended to making money,
Which we do to avoid The Pain of Social Ostracization, Which will lead to Sexual Denial.
To find The Causal Factors in any Given Conspiracy; You Follow The Money.
To find The Causal Factors to Any Behaviour; Find The Source of The Pain.

Humanimals don't Do Things because we Want to Do Them,
Or Because they will make us Happy...
We Engage in A Mindless String of Pointless Behaviours to Satisfy The Itch Master; Which is The Homunculii; That pushes over the innumerable arrangements of dominoes in our Damp, Electrified Brains.

What is The Causality of The Itch Master?
In The Gene as The Selfish Tyrant Model; The Self Replicating Molecules that have honed there survival to sacrificing layers & layers of absolutely superfluous peripheral phenotypes that only indirectly allow these molecules to make more molecules very much like themselves.
A very simple example of how this so counter productive is when a community of amoebae form a Slime Mold Pillar in which many unambiguously sacrifice their own molecular identity for the survival of their distant cousins.
They should have perfectly happy rolling around in the simplest protozoa, filling all the oceans of this world...

The organic model has a slight problem with The Genes Intrinsic Evolutionary Desire to make only self similar molecules...
Because Sexual Selection is designed to ensure that more self replicating molecules are created;
But Not Any Particular Strain of Self Replicating Molecules.

This means that something Else is Exploiting The Gullibility of The Genes.
The Genes think that they are making more Genes to make themselves Happy...
But they are actually only avoiding the pain of... ( ? )

Why is The Universe Interested in Self Replicating Molecules?

The History of Life on Earth is that Self Replicating Molecules have been used to create a stupendous diversity of Totally Mindless, Purposeless Animals.

The Big Plan seems to involve rocket ships and colonizing the universe.

The Dilemma is Then:
Is There a Very Simple Rule, Easily Contrived by The Mechanics of The Universe,
That explains what is Twisting The Arms of Atoms to form Longer & Longer Strings?

It was, originally, In it's short form;
A parody of Niemöller's observations concerning Nazi's & Jews...

But as i added more & more to it,

And that hobbyists were stealing his Early BASIC software,
Which is widely alleged to have been stolen itself...
And no one spoke out because few understood what a computer was.

And then MicroSoft invented a new marketing strategy called Vaporware,
And anyone that knew what this meant; Were incensed,
But were also secretly bemused by it's audacity.

Then; When MicroSoft latched onto the IBM Clone Wave with MS-D0S,
We thought that someone was finally sticking it to The Man.
Boy-- Were we wrong.

And when MicroSoft first derided The Apple's Macintosh Interface as Childish,
Then Blatantly Stole it Verbatim...
We thought; Well-- Apple stole the idea from Xerox's Alto...

Then MicroSoft got caught having stolen all the code for Internet Explorer,
And rather than pay The True Programmers for all the copies they were selling,
They began giving away for Free,
Flooding the Market & Contributing to Netscape's demise...
And everyone thought;
This is The Socialist Community Activism that The Computer Industry needs...

Then MicroSoft corrupted The Open Source Internet Language Java,
But nearly everyone used MicroSoft's Windows & Explorer;
So what did it matter?

Likewise; MicroSoft has consistently created it's Internet Utilities,
And Peripheral Software to Actively Exclude All Operating Platforms
Other than their own; Apparently in an effort to trick people into thinking that
These Other Platforms ( Macintosh / Linux / et. al. ) are Inferiour in some way...
Sadly; This Strategy has been awfully effective.

And after MicroSoft began gobbling up company after company
And became what The US Justice Department called an Abusive Monopoly,
And tried to stop it with The Sherman Act...
And MicroSoft managed to Weasel Out of any substantive penalties...
We neglected to notice because the whole affair took so long that we lost interest in it.

From time to time;
MicroSoft would introduce a Feature that it claimed was Revolutionary;
But has, In Fact, Been in Wide Use;
Usually by the Macintosh Platform, for Several Years.
Sadly; Many people would become excited anyways;
To The Great & Unbearable Chagrin of Most Smart Hamsters & Talking Parakeets.

And isn't it extremely interesting that whenever Bill Gates,
( along with most every politician & criminals in general )
Says something like; 'Our Monopoly is Giving Consumers Greater Choices'
Or; 'We Invented Open Source & are doing more than anyone to develop it.'
The Damp Masses just accept these statements at their Face Value,
Even though they're exactly-- Exactly the Opposite of What is True. ( ? )

After years & years of Incredibly Lame Software,
And Security Breaches that threatened our safety & economy,
We said; 'Ho hum, What else is new?'

And after every newly discovered Security Flaw,
MicroSoft would have a fix available within minutes...
Suggesting that maybe it Wasn't a glitch at all,
But a BackDoor that MicroSoft had written into the code for their own use...
But Many people thought--
'Gee, they sure are fast programmers over there in Redmond.'

And Isn't that where they grow all those pretty trees?

And MicroSoft became aware that it's Reputation was Mud--
And Ostensibly began to Reform its Appearance, If not it's substance.
While Microsoft rarely advertises on Television &/or The Radio,
You may Frequently hear that The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is Supporting NPR,
Or is Dedicated to bringing Innovations in Health & Learning to The Global Community.
But Curiously as a result of These Magnanimous Donations;
NPR has stopped reporting any News Items that are Critical of MicroSoft,
And It may well be that All Their Money Pouring into Africa
Is just a Modern Form of Western Imperialism.
Plus;
It is Intriguing that They have chosen Africa, Where Money just disappears.
Is it really going to the Organizations that it's Supposed to,
Or is it being Funneled back to Redmond?
Is Africa getting any Better since they Started Helping There?
Has Their AIDs Epidemic been Diminished?
Are they Entering the 21st Century with The West
Or Should we even be there;
Destroying their Indigenous Cultures & Supplying Weapons to Political Factions
That 'Today', Seem to Agree with Our Government's Tenuous Agendas...?
All this is too subtle for most minds preoccupied with Danny Lynn

Some good in the world, Funding Starving Artists & Sesame Street.
Johns Hopkins Frittered Away his Pile of Lucre on The Johns Hopkins University

Howard Hughes apparently distributed his Single Billion to Medical Research
John D. Rockefeller Blew his Benefaction on The Rockefeller Foundation

i suppose that many of these Swanky Wine Sniffers believed that by setting up

Their Wealth might go on helping others for many years to come...

i seem to recall that during the early Browser Wars,
Netscape was originally trying to actually sell it's Browser,

Then M$ was caught having stolen most of the code for it's Explorer,
And was made to give all the money that they were selling it for,
To the Actual programmers--

So; Rather than comply with that court order,
They just started giving it away for Free,
Which Forced Netscape to give away it's Browser for Free.

Then Somehow or another...???
M$ got Their most Allegedly Detested Enemy at that time:
AOL, To buy Netscape;
And then instead of replacing their own lame browser with Netscape,
They just shelved it.
And it effectively disappeared.

But curiously;
What Browser was AOL then using for it's service.
Were they using their own Browser? No.
Were they using the newly acquired Netscape? No.

They decided to use M$'s Explorer.

A very large reason for this was because M$ had just recently figured out that, Having an effective OS monopoly, They could start distributing HTML & Java code that were incompatible with all the other Browsers.

So it seemed like Explorer was better, More reliable.

But it was a dirty, rotten trick.

All those early computer companies just wanted to get in the game.

Apple and Atari were trying to pioneer a coherent architectural structure that they hoped with become the de facto standards...
But they forgot one thing.

People are morons.

The Public invariably chose the slightly, or not so slightly cheaper machine, even though Apple & Atari enthusiasts kept telling them that they'd end up paying many times more for the same functionality of an Apple or Atari, than they would if they bought an Apple or Atari in the first place.

But The Damp Masses didn't listen.

Plus; Most people never really did anything with their computers.
The early computers didn't really do anything except slightly more sophisticated typing, and the printouts looked horrible.
The Games were crude and the whole business was little more than a fad.

Apple & Atari could see beyound that,
But it would be several decades before computers really became functional.
Even today; Most people use computers for games, email and wandering aimlessly on the internet.
Even Internet shopping is still in it's infancy.

So through this all...
M$ has been able to dominate the industry because it understood mediocrity from the beginning, And never outgrew it.

They faithfully kept up with the diminished expectations of The Idiots that run this world,

In Which Lines of Verse would all add up to a given sum...

Likewise: There should be a Class of Haiku called: Gemaiku.
In which each line 5 / 7 / 5 of an Haiku would add up to a given sum.

And this got me to thinking more about The Magick & Silliness of The Gematria.
While i am Amazed at The Results that may be brought forth
From tinkering With The Gematria,
i also believe that i have a shallow enough ( merely sufficient ) understanding
Of how these results can be fabricated without evoking An Actual Cabbage Headed Gawd.

While It is fairly easy to contrive A Cabbage Code
To find Astonishing Messages in Any Book
That one might choose to examine;
A frail comprehension of how The Gematria works
Takes a slight edge off that stupefication.

So i am now proposing...
That in order to write better Geometry & Gemaiku,
Along with Great Long Tracts with Line after Line of Prose
In which Each line equals any sum that you might choose...
...That someone with access to an easy to use Programming Language write a :
Gematria Thesaurus.

It would work something like this:
You would write a long Tract or Sonnet in perfectly ordinary prose
And Ask The Gematria Thesaurus to Analyze it.
The Structure of The Prose may, or may not, be readily adapted to your objective,
So that further pre-processing may be necessary...
But let us just say, for now, that i simply want this very long letter to my mother,
To be arranged in such a way, like The Structure of The Bible—
Into Verses...
So that each Verse Equals 666.

The Gematria Thesaurus would simply determine the actual value of each Verse,
Then suggest that a particular Verse be broken into pieces
Or combined with neighboring Verses.
Then it would find words, terms, phrases, abbreviations &/or such
That might bend the value of any given verse closer to the desired sum ( of 666 ).
The User would then continue this process by fudging the sentences,
While the Gematria Thesaurus might Actively suggest Adverbs, Adjectives & Other Bits
That would bring The Sum Up,
If a Given Sentence were in need of some Padding,
Or suggest Deletions of such if it were too fat.

Such A Project would require; As Envisioned,
To be just nearly as tedious as An Examiner might suspect
The Creation of such a document would be,
But Not quite so much...

Such a Document would indeed seem to The Damp Masses as Severely Miraculous;
While to the mildly informed;
They Would know that it was cheap hokum.

At this point; It should be noted that there are perhaps 3 or 5... ( ??? ) Classes of Examiners...

The Completely UnInformed:
That Would Think that it would be impossible by any human effort.

The Slightly Informed:
That understands the basic premise of The Gematria,
And sees in such a document the Wonder of it...
But is perhaps a little suspicious...?

The Well Informed by means of Media Outlets:
That knows just enough, without having a deeper understanding of what they're looking at;
To think that it's a cheap trick.
This last class of humnaimals make up The Great Coterie of Gullible Skeptics,
Which easily believe whatever pleases them,
And disregard the fine points of understanding anything.

Which i include myself.
Are Those that know that our understanding of The Gematria is flawed & fragmented,

You know—

If you hamsters out there were to add a comment from time to time,

i would be much less prone to absentmindedly & frivolously add pictures from my cell phone, and then completely forget that i'd done so...!

The story behind this; Is that i was begrudgingly invited to my GrandNiece's & Nephew's Baptism,
And before that we had a family dinner, at which; i took lots of pictures,
And when we got to the church, i continued to take a lot of vacuous snapshots,
So that when they finally got around to The Baptism;
i decided that i was going to use my camera as a video camera and film it...

i had a 2Gb SD card— Which, even after all the pictures i'd already taken, left me with more than an hour of shoddy video time...!
But then the batteries died after about 3 mintues...!!!

i NEVER go anywhere without backup Batteries... Until THEN...!!!

So in desperation; i tried to take some pictures with my cell phone,
But the recycle time between pictures was about a minute ( or seemed like it )
So it was just too frustrating, so i stopped trying and just watched.

i would first of all like to apologize for the incoherent structure of this rant,
but my mind flitters terribly from one idea to another constantly…
Just another very good reason for disallowing me from jury duty.

Many of These Convictions are Very Summarily Noted,
And not Intended to Be Convincing or Meant to Sway Ones
Preconceived Bias of Their Own.

Other very good reasons:

You may not be terribly familiar with Asperger’s syndrome, which is what i may have. i have been diagnosed with having A Schizoid Personality Type, Which is almost the same thing as Asperger’s. One is thought to be related to Schizophrenia, and the other is a form of Autism.
The Character Jerry Espenson; Played by Christian Clemenson on Boston Legal is said to have Asperger’s. He is a very accomplished Lawyer, and while many Aspergerians achieve many of their career goals, Some; Like me were thought & labeled when we were young as merely retarded or lazy.
Asperger’s was not even recognized as a clinical diagnostic syndrome until about 5 years after i finished high school, and Schizoid Personality had always been thought of as a Hermetic Label, not appropriate for children, So i was never really given by support or encouragement.
General Confusion & 7 Years as a Street Person ensued.

While i may not technically have tourette’s syndrome, i am often chastised for making inappropriate sounds & carrying on animated conversations with invisible beings.

If SSI Considers me 100% UnEmployable,
Which Mystifies Even Me,
i would certainly be UnAble to Serve in a Responsible, Non Disruptive Manner; On a Jury, Whose ostensible function would be to Discharge The Culpable Obligations of Truth, Justice & Righteous;
All of which deeply mystify me.

In The Sixth Grade, i experienced a very traumatic episode in which i was punished for something which i don’t even believe occurred. This event not only betrayed my trust in the system, but corrupted the one person that i had until that moment, considered the one really honorable & trust worthy person that i’d ever met.

When i was in Hawai’i as a street person around 1986, i experienced first hand how the judicial & penal system works. Such that the attitudes & conviction that i have brought back from this, are not derived from television or other pop media outlets.
It has been revealed to me that the court protocols & witness testimony, particularly by the police and other experts, are all directed to their participation in a liars contest.
The winner is the best liar.

If i were to serve on a jury, i could not, in good conscious, for a single moment, allow testimony by any paid for witness, police officer or shoeless cocktail waitress to be believed.

There is also this weird moral dilemma of Doing The Right Thing.
It is never possible to know if some action or inaction taken will result in a desired effect at some indeterminate time in the future.
It may well be that shooting a drunken necktie salesman will benefit a homeless plumber in the next 3 days, but severely & adversely cause hardships to an entire town in Kansas 200 years from now.
We all try to do the right thing from one minute to the next, but i have no illusions that i’m really doing anything to benefit anyone, ever.

The default is not to aimlessly rush through life, sending random citizens to jail, based on the accusations of coke sniffing public administrators that make their decisions based on the messages left for them by scratches on their living room furniture…
But to try to take responsibility for those few events that sneak up on me on any given Thursday afternoon, where i can see for myself, pretty much everything that is happening at that moment.

If i can contribute anything to The Betterment of This Plaidish World of Sour Mashed Potatoes & Hamsters running in & out of old tube socks…

i think it is just crazy that the legislative branches of our state & federal government spend some measurable fraction of their time writing a never ending toilet paper roll of laws.
Maybe the Early Jewish & Mesopotamian Civilizations had it basically right in that any given Culture should have as few laws as possible.

i would like to get rid of all the laws and replace them with
One Equation.

Foremost; The Equation would consider the number of actual & potential victims being harmed by the criminal &/or their actions. When that number is Zero for Zero, and the only meta-entity being harmed in gawd's dignity, then maybe that shouldn't be considered a crime.

The Equation would have many, Many Variables and the whole schmeal would be set inside a computer application designed to make input of all the variables very easy for anyone.
So that if anyone were interested; They could access the program, plug in all the relevant data and the application would tell them how bad their proposed activity would be, and what sort of penalty they would be expected to suffer, should they be caught.
The program might even provide a statistical prediction of how likely it would be for them to be caught.

The program would also be used by court officials in the same manner, after an arrest is made.

i have an idea for Restructuring The Judicial System, So that all the rights & responsibilities of the Accused & Accusers will be preserved, But that Citizens will be lining up to be on Juries, Instead of shunning them.
The first & most elemental assumption that i'm making about the functionality of a legal trial, is that it consists of an logical & reasonable argument of guilt by The Prosecutor, which is rebutted by The Defense Attorney.
What this Trial is Not; Is a Theatrical Performance.
The New & Improved Structure that i am proposing, May seem even more Theatrical than the current structure, but it is intended to provide more & clearer information in a more confined & well regulated format.
The New Structure is simply This:
All the principles of the case; Accused, Prosecutor, Defense, Judge, Witnesses & Various Experts conduct the trial in a manner very reminiscent of a conventional trial, With the tiny exception that instead of presenting it to A Live Jury; It is simply made into a full & complete Video Presentation.
What are the advantages to this:
* All parties have complete control of what the final presentation will consist of, disallowing or sharply reducing, the possibility of an appeal by either side.
* This complete control means that there will be No unexpected outbursts, irrelevant comments, pointless delays, & all other wearisome & tedious content for The Jury to Endure. / It may be argued that on various occasions, Either side of the debate would like to introduce what may appear to an unexpected outburst, but such theatrics will now have to be carefully argued at a meta-level with all concerned parties for their inclusion.
* Expert Witnesses may be Video Conferenced from Distant Locations, or Pre-Recorded Explanations of Evidentiary Content may be inserted seamlessly into the final Presentation.
* Detailed Examinations of The Crime Scene may be included with fancy Graphics & detailed computer simulations. / These sorts of things are present in current legal proceedings, but only in the most contrived & often clumsy manner.
* These Video Presentation Arguments will be created by professionals working with all interested parties to make a final, professional looking product that will contain all relevant information, disallow irrelevant information and be pleasing & engaging to watch.
* The Jury may view the entire Presentation or a subsection repeatedly.
* The amount of time that The Jury would have to commit to the Trial may be as little as a single afternoon. / Or conceivably; They could view The Presentation from home and deliberate with other jury member within a Secured Chat Room.
* The Presentation would be available for review by anyone, in it's complete form, for reconsideration, appeal or historical purposes at any later time.

We've become in recent times, more so now than we may have been in the past, that Voting never actually counts anyones votes, and more than that; Even under the most ideal circumstances, Voting still doesn't count votes, or determine the will of the people.
An entirely new system needs to be hacked together that:
Allows 3rd Party Candidates to Run & be elected.
Encourages & Allows all Citizens that Should & Would Like To Vote, Vote.
This means that the new system allows younger children that know the issues are allowed to vote, and dumb hicks whose votes are being bought, are discouraged from voting.
Voters are allowed to vote for all The Candidates that they like,
and Cast Negative Votes for Candidates that they believe to be exceptionally Evil.
Political Parties are Eliminated, So that Voters can't vote for a Party Candidate.

The First Page would be exactly that, One Page, and One Page Only, Printed or Written in a Clear, 14 point or larger text, that provides both parties with a clear & unambiguous Understanding or Spirit of the Agreement. This First Page should be written in a way so that a typical, attentive third grader would be able to understand it.
If at some later time, Either party of the agreement were to show in a court of law that any part of this First Page is written in a manner that suggests the tiniest hint of subterfuge or ambiguity, or that the page contains any text, graphics, watermark or other other markings that deviate from The Clear 14 Point Text Rule; The Agreement Will Be summarily judged to be Null & Void.
** The Second Sectional Page(s:
The Next Section may be written on more pages, In a Clear, 12 point or larger text; But will adhere to a New Rule such that it will be clear to a typical, attentive 5th Grader ( 9 to 11 years old ).
All Previous Rules that specify the complete & unmistakable Absence of Subterfuge & Ambiguity would continue to apply.
This Section will contain examples & a more detailed explanation of what will be expected from both parties throughout the duration of The Agreement.

Video Games are getting very close to emulating environments which are indistinguishable from Our Reality.
If they could be supplemented with device which would allow characters within the game to experience genuine consciousness, Then those entities would believe that they are living in a world just as detailed & complicated as ours.
Such an illusion would require a few clever tricks to pick up the slack of referring to each atom that we believe exists independently in our world, But these tricks are actually few in number and easily managed.
The Fist Assumption to contribute to this idea is that within each Humanimal Skull is a bowl of jello, much of which is intended to operate the robot under it. The remaining portions contain a complete model of The Universe.
That fragmentary information is all that's really necessary to allow entities in a screen saver universe to believe that their reality is entirely consistent and fully described to each unseen electron.
The Reality Generator would simply draw upon each entities repository of what they think the universe consists of, and paint that view for their sensory experiences.
What is behind a door, in a cabinet, on the page of a book or the thoughts of a stranger met at a bus stop -- Need not exist, or take up memory on The Host Computer, until it's required. And at that point, The Reality Generator fills in the gaps with what the selected entity expects, how the universe has been previously defined by that & other entities, and additional temporary details made up on the fly. Additionally; The Reality Generator can infuse into any given entity a sense of familiarity, So that everything that should be consistent in their environment, at least seems familiar.

Curiously; There is really no way of Testing It.
Since everything is made up when we examine it to make us believe that it is real, and that that reality is created to meet our expectations of reality, All such examinations will pass that test!
Perhaps the one weakness that may suggest that this reality is A Screen Saver Universe, Is if Numerous Examples can be found that Infer that This Reality is Kookier than it should be.
But it must first be determined how kooky a Real Reality may be...?

There is an idea that seems fairly plausible, And that is that it is far more reasonable & likely that any given awareness or some pocket of reality that is being experienced at any given moment or period of time; Perhaps lasting thousands or billions of years, Or Perhaps lasting only for the moment that it has taken to consider this Idea... Is An Illusion of A Past that Never Existed.
As Opposed to The Common Belief that the entire universe has been in existence by some natural order of things and come to this point from some infinitesimal point in the distant past.
Such that the prior view would be that the universe as it is experienced, comes into and pops out of existence by purely random antiforces.

A similar idea to this: Is that while we perceive reality as continuous, occurring with one moment following the next in rapid succession, It may be that our Reality depends upon an invisible mechanism that takes gazillions of years to model each moment of our existence.
i think it is entirely reasonable to suspect that the periods of experience that we think of as Moments-- Require an Innumerable Number of Intermediate Steps, Each of Which might easily be a Moment of their own.

i've had this idea for a long time, and in the past few years, i have come across this same core idea in the writings of others... So it might Not be so Extremely Crazy After All.
The essential idea is that many animals, Perhaps the lowest Commonly Considered Animal for This Argument, Is The Crow or Raven. These are very smart animals with very tiny Brains.
This idea is extended to consider what a humanimal mind can do; Without Language.
That is; If you were to extract the Language Ability from a Person; How would their intelligence compare to a Raven?
Actual Behavioural Testing along these lines, Suggest that they would be able to count to about Seven, Solve simple puzzles, Shape Sticks & Wires to achieve some purpose, Remember what is around a corner that is currently out of view, and so on.
They would have about equal abilities.
My own view on this is extended with the observation that sometime ago, in the early days of computers, a program named Eliza was written that convinced many people that it was actually conscious. The program was very simple and consisted of about a dozen typed pages of instructions. Eliza was easily tripped up with pointed questions, but the seed of the idea that genuinely conscious people can be so easily fooled is indeed remarkable.
This is followed up with my own observation that most people speak only in cliches. They Rarely; If Ever, express an original idea or generate a unique thought.
i believe that Language & Symbolic Handling of Perceptions in The Humanimal Brain has allowed The Damp Masses to Perpetrate The Hoax of Intelligence.
By far & above, Most positions in Any Given Culture are held by people that have been trained by Classic Pavlovian Conditioning to Turn a Crank or Pull a series of Ropes to Accomplish some Task. By Codifying These Steps with The Trick of Language; The Damp Masses may appear to be accomplishing deeply complicated tasks, But this is easily exposed by simply moving the position of a crank or changing the color of a rope.
There are a tiny percentage of humanimals that appear to transcend these limitations--
But i honestly believe that if a town were to be set aside and filled with people whose IQ was 'Average' ( IQ 100 ±10 points )
...They would quickly degenerate to The Technological & Social Attributes of a Prairie of Ground Hogs.

If you allow that we are living in a Material Universe... Given then: That we are living in a Material Universe, Some parts of which may be UnSeen, MisUnderstood & Incomprehensible...
We are Allowing for The Time Being that The Brain is a Physical Artifact that is by Some Mechanism; The Node of Conscious Thought.
The Brain is clearly responsible for The Behaviour of The Body & The Sensory Perceptions that The Brain Uses to Think With.
If one is to allow that there are Sensory Experiences beyound those easily attributed to The Organs of The Body; So be it. This will Not Effect the Conclusions of This Argument.
In Either Case; The Brain is somehow linked to The Mind, By Some arguments; The Brain Generates All Thoughts of The Mind, By some Other Arguments; There are Additional Thoughts introduced by Other Agencies.
Which Ever is True; There is The Remaining Dichotomy of Generated Thoughts & Experienced Thoughts.
The Experienced Thoughts are The Ones that we Call Consciousness.
The Problem is then; These Experienced Thoughts constitute what we also call;
-Awareness- & -Freewill-
These are The Attributes that Define our Autonomy. It is our Awareness & Freewill that allow us To Choose Good over Evil, Peanut Butter over Tunafish, Poetry over Skydiving.
But if the source of All of our Thoughts is from The Thought Generator; Then it is The Generator that makes the Choices. We are merely Watching These Things Happen.
Might it somehow be possible that Our Conscious Thoughts, that come into being from The Thought Generator, Influence or Control The Thoughts Created By The Thought Generator?
Such an Idea is Not Merely Recursive or Circular, Nor is it Mysteriously Paradoxical.
It is merely Wrong.
All Thoughts That are Experienced, Must first be Generated Somewhere, by Some Mechanism, And then Experienced. The Experienced Thoughts are merely Experienced, They have No ability to Jump backwards into The Thought Generator.
Any such intent would be made by The Thought Generator.
Does The Thought Generator itself experience Consciousness, Awareness &/or Freewill?
If so; Such Entities may be thought of as mischievious homunculii that project onto a opaque screen what we see & think, and have No Control over.

One of the very evil things i like to do is go to the library and find CDs and Books on CDs and rather than just listen to them;
i store them on my computer, and listen to them later. ( And repeatedly )
So...
One of these CD - Books on CD Publishers has found me out and kicked back in a most delightfully mischievous way...!
The Book on CD is The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan.
It is on 9 Disks...
And they are all MisLabeled...!!!
If you simply took the CDs out of the case, and loaded them into your CD player or Computer and Listened to them; There would be No Problem. All the Disks are Numbered Properly on The CD Disks Themselves...
But internally; The Names and Sequence Numbers are all Askewd...!!!
So that if you loaded all the Disks onto your computer and put them into a Folder Labeled Pilgrim's Progress, They would all be out of order...!!!

Isn't that Ingenious...!!!
The way that they are actually Labeled:
Disk One: Completely Blank, All Tracks have no identification labels...!
Disk Two: Labeled as Disk Six; a through x
Disk Three: Labeled as an Agatha Christie Novel
Disk Four: Labeled as a Stuart Kaminsky Vampire Novel
Disk Five: Labeled as Disk Six, Again!
Disk Six: Labeled as Another Disk Six...!
Disk Seven: Still Another Disk Six...!!!
