But unfortunately;

It required a little formatting that Google doesn't want to support,

Or, as i suspect; It is possible, but they're only allowing serious hackers & dweebs access to those secrets !!!

The Most annoying Problem is that It's not a WYSIWYG Interface.

Although there's a 'Preview' Selector, It does not accurately Preview how The Composed Blog will appear when Published ! ( ??? )

And Goggle Blog does not allow for 'Extra' Spaces, Controllable Tabs, Equally Spaced Fonts ( Although is has a Font Selector, it doesn't seem to work ! ( ? ) ) or Other simple Formatting Tools ( ! )

It should be at least as functional as an Old Style Underwood Typewriter !

The Real Functionality of Assigning People with A Caste Title; Is to easily & painlessly Identify People that are Genuinely Respectable/Useful on one end of The Spectrum,
And Disdainful/Expendable Baggage at The Other.

We would like to believe that there are Genuinely Good People & that Bad People / Criminals are All Bad, So as to Not confuse our Naivé Sensibilities.

But few people are like this; And once you’ve given someone a Title of High Reverence,
Are they going to maintain it?

Very Seldomly.

And this is Why Castes Fail.

People are just too complicated.

Too mixed with Attributes of Good & Evil, Competence & Clumsiness,

Kind Heartedness & Petty Insouciancy.

The Opposite of Caste is A Theoretically Homogenous Society in Which All Citizens are 100% Equal, With All Resources available to The People, Equally Divided.

This has been tried, And it always fails.

Simply Because of Padro’s Principle. 80% of The Work is done by 20% of The People.

Those People that do most of The Work, Deserve Greater Compensation, Privilege & Respect.

i suspect that many of those that are Busy Bees, Are more productive by their Natures, Just as Actual Bees are. But There is another subset that has The Potential for being very productive, but will only do so if they believe that they are being appreciated. And The Easiest way to show, or demonstrate that Appreciation is through rewards.

The Following Casté System is Based on Pragmatism, Functionality & Application of Talents.

The reason that Capitalism Fails; ( or is Deeply Flawed ), Is because The Hardest Workers are not Routinely provided with The Greatest Rewards, And there are a sufficient number of The Wealthy that don’t seem to be working hard at all.

Many of The Lower Classes, Who should Knowingly & Willing Accept their Impoverished Condition as a Consequence of their Real or Implied Indolence; Don’t fully Understand or Appreciate The Theoretical System which is Not Being Righteously Implemented.

They see plenty of people that Seem to be just as Indolent as they are, Receiving Unearned Rewards.

It might be interesting to somehow determine which Occupations require The Greatest Effort. And by; ‘Effort’ i would suggest that this apply to many different Attributes, many different kinds of Intelligence, physical effort, concentration, attentiveness, hours spent in this effort & so on.

Occupations which would require consistently applied physical exertion & bear some genuine risk of serious injury, But consist of little actual attentiveness or training; Might be allowed to Share a Stratum with Office Workers that perform routine mental tasks which required years of classical pavlovian conditioning to master, While they must also endure constant social jostling which is emotionally stressful.

Exclusionary Attributes would be Education; Based on The Principle that once you’ve mastered your Avocation, You’re ability to perform it easily makes your occupation less stressful and requires less effort in that respect. Keeping up with New Developments would be considered in The Overall Equation that determines this Definition of ‘Effort’.

Then; The Occupations that Required The Greatest Effort would be Rewarded Proportionately.

This is in Direct Conflict with Classic Capitalism, So that if anyone brings this up;

Yes; It is in Direct Conflict with Classical Capitalism;

It is Not Based on ‘What The Market will Bear.’

This also brings up The Correlative Idea of ‘The Worth of Things’.

This analysis would require tremendous scholarship, but suffice to say; i believe that The ‘Art Market’ is no more real than The Tulip Hysteria that took place in Holland, And it’s only a matter of time before everyone ( including The Obscenely Wealthy ) will realize that A Printed Image has all The ‘Important’ Attributes of An ‘Original’ Painting. And when 3D Printers can Fully reproduce Sculptures & Objects with Moving Parts*, The same idea will apply to Everything. ( Everything ).

Assigning Castes

Every Infant & Child to The Age of 9 is Assigned a Privileged Caste which Entitles them to The Best Free Education and Trade Familiarization, Access to The Arts…

And then At That time; ( Reaching The Age of 9 ( or thereabouts ) ) The Child would be Tested to Determine if they were ‘Ready’ to be Assigned a Caste.

This Caste would Not be Tattooed onto their Forehead, but it would follow them around for many different Venues. There would also be Mechanisms to Change ones Caste at any future time. Their Caste could be Incremented or Decremented based on their own desires, or The desires of The Community or Regional Government.

Since The Castes under this System isn’t about Privilege though, There would be little need or Desire to Change Castes.

If They are Determined to be Ready to be Caste Assigned; They would be more thoroughly tested and Given a Caste.

If They are Not Ready; Their Privileged Caste Status would continue for several more years, Terminating No Later than their 21st Birthday. If they are determined to still not be ready, Their assigned Caste would reflect this Chronic & Habitual Indolence.

This would not necessarily be a ‘Bad’ Thing however.

Just as many societies & communities readily ‘Accept’ or Tacitly Accept Homosexuals or Transsexuals, Village Idiots, Hobos or White Trash; This Indolent Caste would be Striped of Nearly All of The Rights & Responsibilities of Full Citizenship, But Enjoy A Nearly Animal Like Freedom, which would allow them to avoid labor and run around naked if they so chose. It’s been recently suggested that Steve Job’s wasn’t particularly ‘Smart’

The same as been said about Richard Feynman, Henri Poincaré, David Hilbert & i’ve been saying this for years about Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking, Steve Allen, Picasso, Salvador Dali, Ray Johnson & Carl Sagan— All of whom are Severely Overrated.

Part of this problem ( which has many different Facets ) is that There are many kinds of ‘Smart’ & English ( ? ) just doesn’t have a suitable Vocabulary to distinguish between The many kinds of Smart.

i have also been very skeptical of Straight A students for quite a while.

Even in Grade School, i readily observed that The ‘Smartest’ students were The Goofiest ones, and i interpreted that to mean that they understood The Functionality of Playfulness, while The C Students believed that Being Solemn & Sultry, Smoking Cigarettes & Drinking Beer were somehow ‘Adult’ Attributes.

One needn’t be Solemn or Self Abusing to be Serious or Zoologically Mature.

But later; i became more suspect of Straight A students, that didn’t seem very ‘Bright’. They certainly weren’t witty or creative or deeply knowledgable.

What were The Qualities that they possessed that allowed them to get Straight A’s?

Obviously; It may be that These Students are not being rewarded for Intelligence, but Acquiescence to Their Social Indoctrination Program, Or it may be that These Students have found that they have A Natural Ability to Shape & Control The Thoughts of Others. ( ?

As a function of this; i have now come to believe that The B Students are really The Smartest ones.

C students are generally just dull.

D & F students are an enigma. Some D & F students are clearly very bright, so there may be some application here that The Untrainable Elephants are The Smartest Ones.

To What Advantage might they Hope for by Adhering to The Principle of A Meaningful Universe, While they Believe in Their Heart of Hearts that It is Not Meaningful?

What does Social Acquiescence really have to offer?
Materialism, Freedom of Venereal Diseases, Reliable Shelter, Magazine Subscriptions, Internet Access, Political Inclusion, Titles & Honors, Some Measure of Security or Personal Identity ?

Logically; Choosing to Accept The False Notion of Meaningfulness in A Universe that is Certainly Meaningless, May be in Some Sense Pragmatically Valid;

in A Pill ?

Happiness is an Emotional State.
A Rock or Cloud can not be Happy.
Biological Machines can be Happy.
Can an Amoeba be Happy?
Can a Dolphin, Fish, Cat, or Porcupine be Happy?
Can a Humanimal be Happy?
Any Humanimal?
What if there was a Human Machine that could not experience Happiness?
What would their behaviour be like?
Would they ‘Pretend’ to be Happy?
Would they put themselves in ‘Happy Provoking Situations’ and then label whatever they were experiencing as ‘Happiness’ ?
Are there Specific Universal Things that make everyone capable of Experiencing True Happiness, Experience True Happiness?
What do The People that are missing that Biological Component that Allows them to Experience True Happiness, Experience when they are Exposed to These Things that Make Everyone else Happy?
Do they then believe, Genuinely believe that they are Happy, When they are not?

You may be thinking that Happiness is Not a Protein.
Happiness is as Intangible as Consciousness or The Primal Physiological State of Fear.
But there are People that are UnConscious, And those that really do Not seem to Fear Anything. Fully Conscious, Fully Cognoscenti, Otherwise Rational & Otherwise ‘Emotionally Connected’ as anyone else, Except that do not Express any of The Common & Well Understood Behaviours that Reveal The State of Fear.
Do they ‘Choose’ to be Unafraid, Or are they simply ‘Fearless’ ?

There are clearly people that are ‘Immune’ to The Experiences of Happiness,
We say that such people are ‘Depressed’.
But i would submit that these people are experiencing a separate & distinct Emotional, Biological State that is Not merely The Absence of Happiness.
Depressed Traffic Cones are Experiencing An Equally Biological State of Sadness.
They possess all The Attributes that are The Opposite of Happiness.
There is a Middle State of Emotional Detachment that is Neither Happy nor Sad.
Like a Rock or Cloud.
Like a Paramecium perhaps?

So let us assume; Rightly or Wrongly, that there is A Biological State of Happiness, that anyone, even a Metallic Machine, could ‘Experience’, Given that this Entity were Genuinely ‘Conscious’ ( Capable of Experiencing Things ), and That Whatever Effect This Molecule(s Effects are on The Conscious Experiencing Entity; Then this Entity would be ‘Happy’.

What is that?

What is Happiness?

Is it A Combination of Other, Well Understood Principles,
Or is it Completely Independent of Other Experiences & Conscious States?

Might it be possible to design a Hand Held Calculator that would experience some completely naked sense of minimal Consciousness, And add this one Tiny Thing that would compel this Calculator to be ‘Happy’ ?

Or would it Necessarily have to be able to experience many other ‘Emotions’ as well?

Might it be that to Experience Any Emotions, you have have ‘All of Them’ ?

It has been suggested that Some Animals, Not Humanimals, But other Animals, Like Bats or Fish, Newts or Penguins, Bacteria or Elephants; Experience ‘Emotions’ that Humans Don’t.

This School of Thought presupposes that there are Emotional States that Humans are missing out on. That we can never experience The Unique Spin on Knowledge & Elation that Bats Experience when they are Zeroing in on Moth with their Sonar. That this experience for them is not simply The Same kind of Experience that we have when eating a Pie, but something distinctly different.

Is is difficult to imagine something this different.

Impossible, actually.

But it may be reasonable to imagine that there is a different color, that Bees Experience when they are seeing in The Ultraviolet.
How might their Color Wheels appear? Does this sort of color wheel form a circle?
Do they have a color between Ultraviolet & Infrared ?

It is like that.

Might it be That Dolphins experience something like our ‘Happiness’, but somehow decidedly different?

So there are Two Schools of Thought here:
1) Happiness is An Experience Independent of Other Experiences.
2) Happiness is A Composite of Other Emotional States.
Happiness Consists of Security, Certainty, Familiarity and What Else ?

If it were a Composite Experience;
Then it would Not be a Fundamental Emotional State.

Richard Feynman; And Others, have long thought that All Desire is Fundamentally Defined as Seeking Happiness.
That is; You don’t really want an Jaguar XKE; What you really want is Happiness.
You don’t really want that Beautiful Trophy Bride; What you really want is Happiness.
You don’t really want a House & Children; What you really want is Happiness.
And so on.

The Satisfaction of Hunger is Happiness.
The Elation of Survival is Happiness.
The Sexual Orgasm results in Happiness.

So The Question or Objective is:
Might is be Possible to Create a Pill that Activates this Happiness Molecule?

These Are =Not= The Happiness Pill.
Alcohol
Heroin
Soma ( from 1984 )
Chocolate
Coffee
LSD
Celebrity
Position or Caste
Freedom of Want / Sloth
Material Wealth
Sexual Conquest
Mastery Over (x

Adherence to The Virtues ( Sacrifice is definitely Not The Source of Happiness, Smugness maybe, but not Happiness. )

Self Actualization ( The Ultimate Objective of Life; Is This Happiness? )

The Exclusionary Principle for The Happiness Pill would be that it would leave all your other Faculties completely untouched, And work irregardless of your circumstances.

After taking The Happiness Pill; You’ll just be Happy.
Really Happy.

It seems reasonable that there are ‘Degrees’ of Happiness,
Or a Continuum of Happiness,
But i’m also thinking that after taking The Happiness Pill,
There would Not be an Excessive, Ostentatious, Pretentious or Vulgar Expression of Happiness.
Happiness does not require A Gaudy Flamboyance of Affirmation.
Happiness is a Quiet Inner Experience.

This is The Dream of Z-Mass.
To hand out these Happiness Pills to everyone in The Family gathered around a bare living-room on Z-Mass Morning. All The Children would sit and Stare at blank walls, Adults would lay out on mats, and everyone would be Happy.
Really Happy.

And The Next Day;
Everyone would return to their normal Angst,
As The Happiness Pills would be too expensive to take everyday.

If Certain ‘UnStable’ People become addicted to ‘Happiness’;
What would be The Consequences of this?
Would ‘Happy’ people still understand The Importance of their Jobs?
Would they abandon their Families?
Could they Experience This Molecular Happiness while causing misery to others?

Is Happiness Bad?
Is it More Important, More Desirable;
To believe that there is this Thing called ‘Happiness’ that is obtainable,
When it actually doesn’t exist at all.

All The Times that you thought that you were Happy,
You were really experiencing something that was occurring during circumstances that you thought should have made you Happy.
And you Believed; This is what ‘Happiness’ is like.

What would a world without ‘Happiness’ be like?
That is; This UnHappy World would be just like this one,
Except that NoOne would be Concerned with being Happy.
Everyone would know that Happiness is merely The Absence of Horrific Suffering.

And consequently; Nearly everyone would be Happy all The Time.

Book Report ( ± ) Fringe-ology

i recently read another book from cover to cover, which is becoming about as Infrequent as wrestling with alligators or licking bona fide celebrities buttocks.

The book was Fringe-ology / by Steve Volk
When i read The back cover at The Library, it seemed to be in The Genre of books that were really interested in Exploring some Quixotic Phenomena from The Perspective of Agendaless Silliness.

And it was pretty much like that.
It wasn't quite as good as The UFO Book; Shockingly Close to The Truth / by James Moseley
But it was easy to Read and it didn't trail off in The last few chapters.

It covered several different Quixotic Phenomena, with a Genuine Ghostory that happened to The Author when he was about 5 or 6 years old. Later on he Interviewed his parents and 2 Families that lived in The House after his Family moved out.
Was it just Water Pipes and Air Bubbles or Something Else ( ??? )

The One Fabulous Insight that i really enjoyed though was his Observation that although Psychologists & Manicurists have expended considerable effort creating tests & criteria for Studying & Classifying Kitchen Appliances according to how 'heretical' their thinking is;
Such as Quantifying Toaster Ovens & Potato Peelers as having Fantasy Prone Personalities, or Possessing 'Magical Thoughts' — They have apparently frittered away virtually no cans of cream corn on The Academic Evaluation of Their CounterThesis; The Lunatics that readily believe anything that The WhiteCoats, Politicians or CEO's tell them !

Obviously; There is a severe & negligent Bias towards people with bad haircuts going on here, But besides that on The well worn & stickily stained couch, is a fully comprehensible preference for supporting The Lunatics that eagerly agree with them about everything, irregardless of how undercooked it is.

Recent Macintosh ( MacBook ) Fiasco !

MacBook Problems in December
( The December 3rd Fiasco ! + a few additional days ! )

It all started simply enough when i noticed that QuickTime wasn't working.
That was the only thing that seemed amiss.

So i tried several old standard fixes which didn't work.

Then i looked on The Apple.com site to find a New QuickTime, and was told that it comes included with SnowLeopard ( et. al. ).
But still; There was an older version which i downloaded, but it wouldn’t work with my OS ?
So there was NO ALTERNATIVE except to ReInstall SnowLeopard, just to get A New QuickTime !

So i Re-Installed Snow Leopard OS X.6.3

It would have been nice if The Installation Process would allow The User to Load Specific Items and have The Installer Install them properly,
But for whatever reasons; Apple has always insisted that you Install Everything in One Big Dump.

Then Everything Broke.
Well, not EVERYTHING.
i was VERY surprised that so many things suddenly Broke.
With some After-Thought; i’ve come to ‘remember’ that many applications and such need to be loaded in A Specific Order.
When i ReInstalled SnowLeopard X.6.3; This was incompatible with many applications that were subsequently installed expecting to work with X.6.>3 which has since been upgraded, to Version X.6.8.
But still ( … )

The first thing that seemed very wrong was that None of my old Pages Documents would open.
i panicked a little, but i did not become hysterical.

( i just noticed that AutoSpell Correction, while ON in the Preferences Pane, is not Working! )
Neither is The Highlight Text Menu.
( Highlight a word and Control Click to bring up The Menu with ‘Look up in Dictionary’, amoung other things ! )

That is Not Good.

Concerning Pages; i then opened Pages and tried to Open a Pages Document from The File Menu,
Curious; This Worked.
Not only did this Work, but from then on; All Pages Documents Opened Appropriately.
Wait on that.
Pages will not open any of The Templates !

Then i discovered that The Big Bang Games would open a little, But not Completely.
As soon i selected a Game Option, They Would Crash.
Which is Completely Crazy, These games came with The Box when it was running Tiger !
What could have happened to make them stop working now ! ???

Also: In The System Preferences; The Language & Text Pane will Not Open at all. If i click on it, and then after waiting a minute and click again, The System Preferences Pane will Crash.
This also applies to The Keyboard Pane.
Anything that made The System Preferences stop working; That must have been very Kooky !

Mastermind reported that it required 'Rosetta' to work. i then installed Rosetta, but Mastermind is still not working.

QuickTime, Which DOES Work now, will not open .AVI’s, The format that my Nikon Camera Stores Videos in. The Other Option is PAL, which i think is a European Format ( ??? )
The QT that got from Apple just a day or two ago was something like v.9, which DID NOT Work with my Big Box, But v.7 that came with SnowL- DOES - - ! - - AND It also opens AVIs !!!
And Now v.10 is opening The AVI that i have ( ??? ) ! ???
i’m SURE that it was not opening it earlier this morning !!!

Gawd! i hate computers !

i can still watch all films with SpaceBar Preview.

iTunes will not Play any of The Movies.
iTunes will not connect to my iPod ( !!! )
Image Capture WILL connect to The iPod and Download Images from it.

i tried Resetting the iPod and then connecting to iTunes, but it still won't connect.
It would seem that the latest iPod OS update allows it to Start Up without A Host Computer
( ??? )
All The Apps and Other Geegaw in iTunes for The iPod are apparently still intact.
It always seemed to me that all the Apps for the iPod should work through iTunes ( ? )
But they never did.
Also; Magazines bought from The NewsStand should be stored in The Books Folder !

The Services Menu in The Application Name Menu is Not Working. Nothing comes up.

iPhoto is Not working, and when i tried to reload it from The iLife Disk, It Refused to Load.
It later reported that it can't work with this OS ( X.6.3 ) as it Needs at least X.6.6 ( !!! )

i just discovered that in The Software Update Log, It still contains the Uploads of X.6.6 !
Will it allow this Update to be Performed Again ( ??? )

So i'm thinking; Will everything be fixed if i get on the Intertube and update everything ( ??? )
( i don’t have an Intertube connection at home, i have to go to The Library ! )

Many of these basic functions should be working though !!!

There were so many things going wrong that i decided to Save all my Documents, Projects & Applications to my Backup HardDrive ( Henrietta ) and then ReStore my Entire MacBook HardDrive ( CheeseCake ) from TimeMachine.
Regretfully; i neglected to remember that several ‘recent’ items are stored outside Documents & Projects. i really should put everything is Projects so that i don’t forget, but they seem ‘non-projectee’ ( ! ??? )

Restoring The Entire HardDrive is a little more complicated that you might expect !
At first i thought that i could do this through Time-Machine, And i started doing this, then i suddenly realized that i should have saved some things that were changed since The ReInstallation of SnowLeopard, So i stopped The Restore Process and Saved those items to Henrietta, Then i experienced this ‘epiphany’ that i should use The ‘Help’ menu to ask how to Restore a Whole HardDrive. Even though The Help Menu is hardly ever helpful, my angels were very insistent that i look this up.

It turns out that The Process is somewhat counterintuitive.
Insert your StartUp Installation CD for SnowLeopard.
Double Click on Install
Select The Utilities Menu and Click on ReStart
Select The Language
Go back to The Utilities Menu and Click on Restore from BackUp
Select Henrietta and Select The Date & Time of The BackUp Version.
Wait & Wait & Wait.

After doing this; And Installing QuickTime(s ( Both v.10 & v.7 ) which came with The SnowLeopard Installation Disk, Which i saved separately from The SnowLeopard ReInstall - - That now works.
i also reinstalled a bunch of other Utilities that i never understood what they did.

Why would SnowLeopard include BOTH QTv.10 & QTv.7 ???
i also distinctly recall buying QTv.? Pro sometime ago, but it has since disappeared ?
i seem to recall that it featured some functions that QTv.10 Does Not Have !
ugh.

One very annoying ‘feature’ was that after i did The Restore, The TimeMachine made a New Full Backup of my Entire HardDrive ( CheeseCake ) Even though this was an exact duplicate of The Backup that it just got from Henrietta. !!!
The Sour Tragedy of that was that it bit a 150GB chunk out of Henrietta !

There are already huge chunks of Redundancy that i need to resolve someday soon ??? ( ! )

But.
Apparently; A Restoration from TimeMachine does NOT restore everything exactly The Way it Was !!!
The Kookiest thing was that many of most recently modified TextEdit Documents were changed to Pages for Opening !
And when i tried to ‘Change All’ back to TextEdit, this would not work.
All The effected Documents had to be changed back one by one.

Note:
DO NOT TRY TO OPEN & EXAMINE THE BACKUP FOLDER
ON YOUR BACKUP DRIVE FOR TIME-MACHINE !
It was scary when The Whole Desktop flipped Off. ( ? )

Another very curious omission from The Backup was that my iTunes Permission Connection to my iPod was Broken, and iTunes refused to Sync 29 Apps to The iPod and Deleted them from The iPod !!!
ugh.

The only real casualty was that i’d just downloaded a bunch of stuff from The Intertube The day before this fiasco, and it was somehow lost. i have a Time Machine Backup from That day, but The files i was looking for were not there.
Curiously; Some Changes to Other Documents that could only have been made by referring to these new files, Were Saved, So that The Backup must have taken place after they were on CheeseCake ( ??? )

A day or two later; after making several iMovies, i tried to add some additional, precisely positioned, sound effects with Garageband, and it crashed repeatedly, even after i did all The ‘Optimization’ Tricks ( ? ).
And when it did crash, i took The Whole Computer with it.
There was no using Force Quit on it, as The Finder was inaccessible after The Crash ! ( !!! ) !

ugh.

Gawd! i hate computers !

Additional Problems when i got online ! ( December 6th )

Managed to get my iPod Synced with The Big Box.

Then noticed that my ‘sidebars’ on my windows weren’t working.
This may or may-not be related to The General Fiasco, as i moved some of those items in The Sidebar to Different Folders, But The Way that The BigBox handled The Errors was very annoying ! ???

( i’m very easily traumatized !!! )

Am i The Smartest, Most Creative Mischief Maker in The World,
Or Is The Real Reason - -That No Civilization has been successfully Attacked & Destroyed by A Small, or Large, Group of Terrorist Extremists- - Something Else.
And what this Something Else is; Is very mysterious. ( ! )

It seems so ‘Reasonable’ that it should be possible to destroy a civilization with very little effort. The USSR, Imperial Russia or France, Before & After Maoian China, Angkor Wat, The Roman Empire, Easter Island, The Incan, Mayan, & Toltec Civilizations have Shown us how Amazingly Fragile Civilizations are.

Any Civilization that has fallen, has always collapsed from within,
Due to it’s own Excesses, Incompetence &/or Environmental Factors.
Even The Incan’s, that were destroyed by a very small group of Spaniards,
Was actually The Victim of it’s own Religious Beliefs.

What would happen if =The Terrorists= began to Target Airport Screening Stations...!
That is; They would send someone in with a book bag full of explosives, and detonate it at the X-Ray Machines & Metal Detectors. If they did this only a few times, Or even only Once... What would be the Possible Reaction?

These KeyStone Points may be Targeted with Both Real Bombs and Fake Bombs.
The Purpose of Fake Bombs is to Evacuate the Building and cause the local Bomb Squad to be running all over town, 24/7.
In Conjunction with The Fake Bombs that look like real bombs, but are much cheaper to make and safer to transport. It’s important that some of these bombs do blow up from time to time, or almost blow up. Almost blowing up will give the bomb squads the confidence that they are in control and are doing good, as opposed to being entirely pointless.

Along with Fake Bombs or Bombs that look like Bombs, There should be an Equal or Greater number of Real Bombs that consistently Blow Up that don’t look like Bombs at all. These may look like a sack or pail lunch, A Stack of Dirty magazines, A pile of dog poop on a school yard that has to be cleaned up, A pile of leaves that invites children to leap onto it, A Book in A Library or on a park bench, A $20 bill wired to a bomb underneath it, and so on. The Obvious purpose of these is to keep people from cleaning up or touching anything in a public venue.

It has already been demonstrated a few times that any slightly unusual ‘advertising’ item or device left out in the public venue has brought cities to a grinding halt. It is truly inconceivable that if there really was a real terrorist organization, such as Al Qaeda, have not exploited this to it’s logical conclusion.

Food Contamination is an old favorite, It should be reasonably easy to poison school lunches, so that children & their parents will be afraid to let them eat hot lunches,

Any Effective or InEffective Action that causes the victims to Over React and Become their own worst enemy is The Desired Effect. When you can’s bring down a civilization from the outside, simply introduce a small amount of itching power to cause the target to scratch themselves to death.

Model Airplanes with GPS Guidance Electronics to effectively make them into Cruise Missiles.
Small Toy Like Robots that are able to roll or fly into Offices or Banks and Cause Mischief.
Use A Model Airplane to drop a comparatively small number of real bombs and considerably more fake bombs over a crowded Arena or Stadium, causing a lethal stampede. The bombs should be attached to parachutes with blinking lights to make their visibility unmistakable.

It is already believed by most people that these people truly enjoy groping adults and small children anyways, and it might reasonably be argued that any ‘normal’ person that has been ‘correctly’ indoctrinated into western civilization would Not Recoil at the idea of performing these duties anyways.

Blow up Airplanes with small missiles that are attached to guide wires that The Airplane Wings catch on and pull the bomb onto The Wing. Such a easy scheme would require little accuracy, and if the plane comes down while taking off or landing, It will cause considerable damage to surrounding neighborhoods.

If it is indeed possible to break a wine glass with sound, then what is stopping a device that broadcasts a very loud, correctly pitched amplifier from breaking thousands of windows in a large city?

It has been fairly conclusively shown that spiking a water supply with LSD or some such is infeasible for a variety of reasons, but might it be considerably easier to mix aerosolized LSD, PCP or some such with Horse Liniment ( So that it would be absorbed through The Skin ) and spraying it over a crowded arena or stadium with a model airplane?

Create a very life like dummy and set it on the ledges of tall buildings away from any windows, or superglue the nearest windows shut, so that this illusion would be perpetrated for as long as possible. The net effect would be to close off streets for a whole day or more, and eventually make the rescue squad look like idiots.
Do this a dozen or so times, until they no longer respond, then start throwing people out of windows.

Once The Civilization that you’re attacking begins to stop reporting your terrorist attacks, and twitter gossip & email replaces the evening news, most people will come to understand that the news is no longer reliably telling them what is going on. Very often traffic cones will use The Word ‘Ironic’ when they actually mean something like ‘Wry’ or ‘Odd’ or ‘Kooky’.
It’s just a problem of expressing a more ‘accurate’ meaning of (x.

The same thing occurs when featherless parakeets use The Word ‘Paradox’.
The Problem of Strangeness falls under this Confusion, or ‘Ambiguity’,
In that “The Incongruity of Strangeness” isn’t really a paradox.
It’s more like a Problem of Understanding why there is such a Dichotomy between The Amateur Parapsychologist’s Observation of The Common World, And their Apprehension, Through Voracious Reading, Of The Quirky World.
One is That The World is Very Kooky,
And The Observed World is Hardly Kooky at all.
How can these two Landscapes be Reconciled?

A) The Number of Kooky Incidences is Vastly Under Reported. It is often stated that many witnesses of Kooky or Quirky Phenomena are reluctant to report these events for fear of (x. Airline pilots ‘knew’ that there were these very odd meteorological ’Sprites’ for many, many years before they were finally reported, because they feared that they would be grounded. You would think that Camera’s would commonly available to Airline pilots, but i often get The Feeling that they are practically banned from cockpits. ( ??? )

B) Many of The Best Known ( Amoung Amateur Parapsychologists ) ‘Stories’ are highly inflated for Sensationalism.

C) Many of The Best Know ( AAP ) ‘Stories’ are simply folk or Friend of A Friend Tales that have found their way into a comparatively ‘Legitimate’ Anthology of ‘Mysterious Phenomena’ Books, and thereafter been granted a degree of Authenticity that they are Undeserving of. Once a ‘Good’ ( Desirous of Being Believed ) Story like this is ‘Accepted’ as Canon, Additional Investigation is eschewed for The Simple Reason that it may be Disproved !

D) The Administers of Conventional Knowledge very actively suppress Quirky Stories because their ‘Irregularity’ & Unwillingness to be Replicated under Laboratory Conditions, Makes them Very Difficult to Study & Understand.
It is far easier to categorically deny such phenomena as existing at all, and have even instituted edicts defining ‘The Scientific Method’ that unambiguously states that all such ‘UnReplicatable’ phenomena be ignored, Thus objectively stipulating their reluctance to study incidents that they have subjectively chosen to ignore for convenience &/or ‘Religious’ Reasons.

E) As a result of This Institutionalized Suppression of Quirkiness; The Civilian Media Outlets, which are certainly controlled by Cultural Autarchs, are loath to Report any Quirky Wonders or Kooky Episodes, Except for those whose ‘Interpretation’ is clearly fraud or chicanery. Seldom is such an Event Reported that can not be fully Explained or Discredited.
Established Orders, Political or Scientific, hold very dear to Their Absolutely Authority that Claims to Understand &/or Be in Control of Everything.

F) Applying a Common Statistical Bell Curve to All Quirky Phenomena, And Providing my own Personal Observations of Quirkiness to it; Assuming ( ? ) that my personal & First Person Accounts represent ‘Common’ Quirkiness; It should be Entirely Reasonable to Believe that Along The Extremities of The Bell Curve, In Frequency & Extremely Oddness, There should be Rarely Observed, But Entirely Real Quirky Events that Genuinely Exist. This Method of Analysis however provides us with No Quantification or Qualification of The Nature of Quirkiness that Occurs ‘Elsewhere’.

Obviously; The Traditional Method for Determining if Something is Genuinely ‘Odd’ is To Assign a Quantitative Statistical Probability to The Questionable Event
And Then Arbitrarily / Subjectively Assign a Second Layer to The Equation,
By Stating that (x Amount of Statistical Improbability is Genuinely Odd.

But how would you really, with any confidence, assign The Probability or Truth Value of any Observed (x ?
This is what is Wrong with ( Fatal Weakness ) of Fractional Propositional Logic.
You can have all your subjectively precise Boolean Logic Equations;
But how true are your Initial Antecedents or Succedents ( p & q ) ?
Nothing is ever Absolute.
i usually like to say; ‘It’s as true as Elephants in Africa.’
That’s pretty true, But is it absolutely True ?

2 + 2 = 4 seems as true as true can be, but i have my doubts.
It may well be that The Physical Reality doesn’t really have anything like Integer Numbers.
Integer Numbers may only be a theoretical perfection that we use for convenience.
Like A Perfect Circle or Right Angle.

After 911 i really got to thinking on this and decided that what we need is
A Universal Index of Oddness, So that given any ‘Event’ that Exhibits a certain number of Quirky Circumstances; Is that amount of Quirkiness to be reasonably Expected?

This assumes that Quirkiness is all around us all The Time,
And differentiating The Amount of Background Quirkiness
from Unusual Quirkiness is what This Index would Expose.

The Very Idea that there is a Constant Level of Quirkiness around us all The Time, Like a comparatively low level or Radiation, is somewhat ‘counterintuitive’.
Most people become alarmed when they discover that Materials like Granite are giving off sufficient Radiation that equals a given number of x-rays per hours exposed, and as a consequence of this; The Regular Travelers that pass through New York’s Grand Central Station have accumulated a measurable risk of Cancer because of this.

Quirkiness is The Same Thing.
You should Expect a Certain Amount of Quirkiness in your Life, A Certain number of highly improbable Coincidences to occur every week or month, and just shrug them off.

But how many are too many?

There’s a Mathematical Tool called The Sigma Index of Certainty that Scientists use to determine if The Results of a Given Experiment or Observation, are Significant.

Zero Sigma is The Lowest Potential for Certainty, which is equal to The Flip of One Coin, Either Heads or Tails, A 50/50 Chance of (x happening.

What is Surprising, Is that This Index allows that Three Sigma indicates a Reasonable Certainty of An Underlying Phenomena;
This Equals only Eight Heads in a Row.
This is only a 1 in 256 Chance of Occurring.

You have to get up to Five Sigma,
Which is 20 Heads in a Row,
Before you have a probability of 1 in 1,048,576.

But even so; If you’re flipping coins, you’d expect 40 heads to come up eventually, And if you take into consideration that people have been flipping coins for a very long time, that string of 40 heads are going to pop up, just when you’d least expect it to happen.

So how can you really ‘Know’ if you’re sitting waist deep in a puddle of pure strangeness?

The Next Best ’Tier’ of Measurement would be experiencing things that you’re pretty sure are just flat out impossible.

But people are often very mistaken about his as well.
Thomas Jefferson once insisted that it was far more likely that American Scientists were big fat liars, rather than believe that rocks could fall from The Skies.

i have read many, many books like this; that are chock full of very odd phenomena collected from around The World, throughout History.
Many are simply odd Meteorological Effects or Animal Behaviour,
And much of it consists of ‘Obviously’ Misreporting of Something Else; Psychological Delusions, Illusions or Psychosis.

But i think The ‘Funnest’; are Classes of Reports that occur over & over throughout history, all over The World and defy simple explanations.
Why does nearly every culture throughout The World have a ‘Little People’, Large Man-Ape, Ghosts or Children with Super-Powers in their Folk Lore?
Why is The Behaviour of these Little People so Consistent, but Their Appearance isn’t.
Its like Quixotic Phenomena is not quite as ‘Solid’ as our more familiar reality, and requires that it be ‘filtered’ through our preconceptions or cultural expectations !

How Odd is Odd?

Just how much Certainty would you attach to a bed side visitation of Jebus Q. Khrist, Moroni, Gabrielle or Your Dead Mother?
Given that their appearance is entirely substantial & you’re certain that you’re not sleeping, It would be very interesting, But many people have reasonably suggested that daemons might easily take on disguises to trick you into some crazy end game;
Or it may simply be that A Perfectly Normal CIA Brain Implant is making you see whatever they’d like, in order to get you to assassinate someone from your local ACLU Office.

i’ve had many ‘coincidences’ occur to me, One of The most curious and improbable was after watching an episode of ‘Boston Legal’ in which a young girl wanted to be given a drug to make her forget a traumatic event. This seemed very interesting to me, as i have never heard of any such drug, and then a few days later, less than a week, by complete accident i came across a reference on The interweb to just such a drug !

i have often thought that such occurrences happen because The Reality Generator ( The Troll Queen ) is very lazy and frequently recycles ‘biddles’ that The Residents find interesting ( ? )

One thing that i am loath to concede to is The Interpretation of Quantum Mechanical Experimental Observations that suggests that Bishop George Berkeley, in The 1700’s, was right in his assertion that Things don’t exist, unless we ( or gawd ) is observing them. Bell’s Inequality also insists that Every Particle in The Universe is somehow tied to at least one other particle in The Universe and any change, or observation, to one, changes The its Twin Other.
This would seem to suggest though that if it were possible ( ? ) to ‘Entangle’ any given particle with another Particle, This Process could Reoccur to either of these particles; Such that After (a is entangled to (b, (b could later become entangled to (c — And if this occurs naturally, As it certainly should, then every particle in The Universe should be entangled to every other particle. ( ? )

i believe in a Materialistic Universe; With Sprinkles of Oddness, or Layers of Incomprehensibilities that produce very quirky phenomena, but does this mean that Reality is Consciousness ( ? )
For some reason; i am reluctant to go along with that.
It would certainly explain a lot, And while i am also sympathetic to The Idea of Solipsism, i draw back a little when there is suddenly an overwhelming reason to actually believe it’s true.

One of my many most egregious peeves concerning both Quantum Mechanics & Institutionalized Quixotic Phenomena; Such The Transcendental Meditationist’s claim that they can Levitate;
Is that if Bell’s InEquality or Meditative Levitation were to be carefully explained, &/or Demonstrated,
That would blow The Head Off Conventional Thinking, All Religious Beliefs, Social Order, Standards of Morality & Scientific Credibility.

But they are not.

If these things are real, Is The Mystery of them more important than their reality?

Television has shown us that people love stories.
Love to Hear & Create their Own Stories.
The Damp Masses Really Love to See The Everyday Drudgery, Imaginary or Real, of Other Peoples lives.

So when it comes to The Vast Majority of Quixotic Tales;
Just how many of them are Really Real?

We have our personal experiences; Mostly benign, but cryptic in their own ways,
That Strange things can happen.
Few of us have had experiences of a first hand narrative that involve fully documented accounts of teleportation, levitation, a clearly recalled alien abduction or the sudden inexplicable appearance of something very, very odd.
Our Benign experiences allow us to be ‘prepared’ to accept The Stranger Literary Accounts,
But how real are they really?
If there really was a good, fully documented case of high strangeness, why is it invariably kept a secret.
Only The Fringe Journalists tell us about them.

It’s not simply; “I want to Believe.”
It’s more along The Lines of; “What do I want to Believe?”
“What is Believable?”


It might well be that your extracted brain is in a glass jar and everything you’re experiencing is a trick produced by cleverly arranged static charges administered through push pins slipped between all those intestinal lumps & folds that are supposed to make us smarter than The smooth brained lizards.

Or that you’re nothing more than a well worn stretch of magnetic tape spinning round & round on a bobbin in The 14th Dimension.

Quirky things may be very amusing; But what do they mean?
Is that a big question,
Or one of The inconsequential little questions?

Side Step :
One of my crazy theories that relates to Layers of Incomprehensibilities; Is that there are numerous ‘Attributes’ ( sometimes referred to as ‘Dimensions*’ or ‘Forces’ by Physicists ) that Effect Everything, And are still Unidentified. One of these is ‘AntiGravity’; that is The Polar Inversion of Regular Gravity, But is Manifest in A completely Different Form. That is; Gravity Pulls, AntiGravity doesn’t Push, It does something Completely Different, But it is still deeply related to Gravity, And this also suggests that when we think that Gravity is Pulling, it’s doing something that relates more clearly to AntiGravities ( Not Pushing ), Such that when we have a better understanding of this; We will no longer think of Gravity as Pulling anymore ( ! )
