Various Ideologies throughout History have tried to Superimpose their Own Philosophical Ideals on Their Societies, which Seriously Conflicted with Observable, Reproducible Physics or Human ( Animal ) Nature.
These Societies have either imploded from within, as Very Few Cultures have ever been ( Really ) Conquered from An External Source— Or are currently in The Process of Dwindling into Obscurity.

It seems like a very curious question to me.
What is Human Nature?
If it turns out that Humans are Genuinely Barbaric Murderous Savages that only Behave within a Given Society as a Result of Arbitrary Taboos & Cruel, Diabolical Punishments, And that The Few Humans that Possess something like True Consciousness provide us with a highly Misleading &/or False Conviction that HomoSapiens Live in Cooperation with one Another for A Variety of Enlightened Objective Desires, Such as Art, Architecture, Music & Poetry—
Should A Perfect Society Accept that Grim Truth & Continue to Fudge Our Cultural Constraints to Force People to Deny their True Nature for Some Greater & Profoundly Artificial Set of Objectives, Which we delude ourselves into believing is; The Meaning of Life;
Or Should We Reformulate Human Culture to Allow People to be Human ?

What would this ‘Organized’ Society of ‘Real’ Humans be like ?

Maybe The ‘Best’ Solution is to ‘Accept’ that there Really are Two ( or More ) Very Different Kinds of People;
And Allow The Fiends & Louts to live on One Isolated Continent,
While The Mischievious Ne’er-do-wells to Live in Another Isolated Region;
And The Few that are Capable of Exercising A Genuine Free-Will or Consciousness, And Are able to Express A Mastery of Their Muses While Aspiring to Greater Artistic, Scientific, Literary, Musical &/or Ideological Ambitions; Can do so within The Safety of an Isolated Valley, Surrounded by Inaccessibly Impassible Mountains.

One of The Most Bewildering Aspects of this ‘Debate’ is A Problem that i’ve had with Daoism for some time, & that is : If The Dao is The Underlying Causality that Provides The World ( Universe ) with Motion & Activity, Then How can anyone or anything Move or Act in Opposition with The Dao.

Likewise; How can anyone Do Anything that Is Not Human Nature ?

How can or Why would anyone think that something that they’ve done or Imagine is ‘Wrong’ ?

i suspect that The Solution to this Last Problem may be that People ( Our Brains ) are Faulty is that they are susceptible to ‘Confusion’.
And that People ( Our Brains ) Hate Confusion.
Most Everyone is much more willing to Believe something that they Know or Suspect is Wrong, Rather than Accept The Existence of Two Opposing Ideas which are Equally Valid According to All Available Evidence & Logical Analysis.

Dilbert’s Wally ( Scott Adams ) points out that The Functionality of The Opinion isn’t to be Sufficiently Informed to have a Useful Opinion; But merely to Feel Good about having an Opinion, & that Any Attempt to Become informed forces one into a recursive loop of more Uninformed Opinions. 

i have correspondingly wondered; Is there Someway to ‘Test’ a Person to Determine if They are Really Sane or InSane ? Are there things that An Insane Person can do, That a Sane Person could Never Do ?
Or more Unexpectedly; Can a Sane Person do Something that An Insane Person Could Never do ! ?

It is certainly very Exceptional when we see on The TV that A Court is Worrisomely Trying to Decide if A Recently Arrested Serial Murdering Cannibal is Sane or Not ( ? )
Is that way The World Really Works ?
Is it entirely Reasonable that A Person can wake up some morning & make a carefully considered & Conscientious Decision to become a Child Murdering Cannibal for The Rest of The Day, & Then go back to work as a Mild Mannered Accountant The Day After ?

As a fine point to that; i am perfectly willing to acknowledge that an Insane person may be aware that ‘You’ Irrationally believe eating children’s brains is somehow ‘Wrong’, But does that really make The Insane Person ‘Sane’ ?

Perhaps in a Related Matter; i have often thought that It is Very Curious that Every Society has These ‘Prohibitions’ called Taboos, which are Ostensibly Vile Abominations against Human Nature.
There are few quirky aspects to Taboos;
One is that that Every Culture has a Different Set of Them,
& ( B ), Along Side Every one of these Obscenities of Psychological Well Being, Is Another ‘Activity’ that is ‘Almost’ The Same thing, Except that it is Not Only, Not Forbidden, But is Usually an Encouraged Behaviour.
Taboos are usually Accorded with The Most Severe Penalties when Violated, But if These Acts are Truly Contrary to Human Nature, Then The Perpetrator is Most Certainly Insane, & Insane people are Hospitalized, Not Stoned to Death.

But ‘Society’ ( The Invisible Administrators ) knows that this is Not what Taboos are about at all. Taboos are All The Things that People Want to Do more than Anything Else, And The ‘Strength’ or ‘Health’ of a Society is Measured by How Successfully it can Coerce it’s Citizens to Deny their True Human Nature & Obey all These Completely Ludicrous & Arbitrary Laws.
The Functionality of Taboos is that Anyone caught or observed Violating one of them— Must Be Insane ( ! ) Only An Insane Person, UnEnculturated Child or Foreigner would Ever Willing Violate a Taboo. You don’t have to Conduct any Additional Tests to Know Immediately that The Violator is Dangerous, & Should be Avoided until The Authorities can Arrest them or Beat them into Submission.

If everyone had to go around trying to figure out if all these other Animals around them were Safe or Not, It would be Terribly Disabling & Nothing could ever get done. Taboos greatly simplify this necessity.

Taboos are usually very firmly locked into a Culture, but Over Time, They can Change. One Obvious Example is ‘Talking to Yourself’. Not so long ago, Anyone observed habitually talking to themselves would be considered seriously crazy, but now-a-days with The prevalence of Blue-Tooth Wireless Headsets for Cell Phones; Most everyone in a Suit is Constantly, for all Appearances, Talking to Themselves.

Likewise; Homosexuality is now undergoing a Flip. It is kind of wacky that Most Religions preach; ‘Love Love Love’— Except when it comes to Men actually Loving other Men, & to a Lesser Extent; Women Loving Other Women. The Reason that Men suffer a greater brunt from this is Two Fold;
One is that Men are The Real ‘People’ & are expected to Behave more ‘Normally’, while Women & Children are allowed to Act Irrationally, within Limits.
The Other thing is The Repugnance of Sodomy, Which has The Potential of Seriously messing up a Person’s Anal Sphincter, requiring them to eventually & habitually wear a diaper.
Only small Children & Perhaps; Great Grand Parents, should be wearing diapers.
But Certainly; A Taboo against An Intimacy of Best Friends is Pretty Odious, Unless you’ve been Trained since childhood to Accept These Taboos.
One sure sign of An Irrational Revulsion is to Ask someone with one, To Explain their Aversion to (x; And being unable to articulate their Pavlovian Conditioning, Will become Hysterical & Probably Attack you with a Stick.

Another Sign is that when someone witnesses a Taboo Violation; Such as Nudism, Which most people have a Strong Affinity for in Others, Particularly Towards Their Biometrically Determined Sexual Gender Preference ( ! ), They will; If observing a Nudist in A Non-Contextual Environment, Blurt out some Completely Irrelevant Declaration; Such as; ‘That’s Disgusting!’ Which is, Of Course; Exactly The Opposite of what they’re really feeling.

If you even find yourself thinking this way;
You might want to consider, In a Moment of Extremely Enlightened Self-Reflection, Why you Really Believe those things that you find The Most Fearful or Loathsome.

Not that you should Refute them Necessarily;
As They may well be The Only Glue that Holds Society Together.

The Simplest Solutions to The Most Vexing
( Philosophical/Theological ) Dilemmas

First :
There are a lot of Very Quirky Aspects of our Reality that Don’t seem to make Any Sense at all, & to Resolve them; We have to Create ‘Paradoxes’ which are Axiomatic in that we agree that they are Also Completely NonSensical, But we Accept that.

An Example of this; Is The Idea of The Existence of An ‘Agency’ that Possesses something like Freewill to Make things Happen, But is Itself, Not Compelled by Any Force or Other Agency to Make those ‘Decisions’.
As Wm Jas puts it; An Agency is something which is Motivated Neither by Chance nor Necessity, Nor a Combination of The Two.
Although this pretty much covers all Possible Combinations; The Alternative Position of Allowing That Things ‘Just Happen’ is Even More Annoying.

The Most Manifest Conjuring of That Philosophical Quandary is The Universe Itself; In that— Are we to believe that, If we allow that our Local Universe began at a fixed point in Time & Space; And has been ‘Expanding’ since that point, It was at that instant of Creation, Predisposed by The Actions of Cause & Effect ( With or Without The Occasional Random Element ) to Create The Orderly & ‘Intelligent’ world that we Now Experience.

It seems very improbable doesn’t it.

But if we ‘Allow’ for This Peculiar Entity of ‘Agency’ to Exist;
Then The Agency can Direct things to Happen.
Never mind that this Model Neglects to Ask where This Direction is being Derived from ( ? )

The Alternative to this; Is that we allow ourselves to Imagine one of Two Possibilities ( Eschewing all others for a moment ).

a) Our Local Universe is The Product of A Process which Creates by some mechanism; Unknown, to Initiate The Fabrication of An Entirely Unique Amorphous or Spherical Conglomerate of Matter & Energy which is Regulated by ‘Rules’ which are Entirely Randomly Established, Each time another such ‘Universe’ is Started. This also relies upon The Additional Axiomatic Belief that This sort of thing is happening all The Time, in a Realm of Infinity, which provides this ‘Real Universe’ with An Endless ( Infinite ) Supply of These ‘Local Universes’, & one of them is Our Universe, which just happened to turn out this Way. With an Infinite Repository to draw from; The ‘Possibility’ of This Universe ( Ours ) to Be Created is Either 1:1 or Very Nearly So, Depending upon how you Interpret The Meaning of Infinity.
That is; One Interpretation of Infinity allows Everything to Happen Eventually, While The Opposing View says that Infinity has no such Obligation. It may well be that Something (x may occur in an Infinite Universe very Infrequently, So Infrequently in fact, that it hasn’t happened yet.

b) We are living in a Universe without any Rules or Order, & all The Things that we call ‘Electrons’ & ‘Protons’ & ‘Photons’ ( et. al. ) are merely globules of (?) that exist for this moment, & any recent moments, in such & such a way that allows us to believe that we are experiencing what we are experiencing at this moment. ( ? ) ( And only this Moment )
The rough nub of this interpretation is that in an Infinite Universe without Rules, This was going to happen Eventually, & it is happening now.

i am willing to allow for Autonomy.

That is; Each PeachStone is allowed to Influence The Activities of The Universe in such a way that No Other Entity or Agency is Influencing it.
For this to Work however; We have to Allow that When i say No Other Entity or Agency; i mean; Any Other Agency that Claims Agency. ( !!! )
You may be able to ‘Influence’ my Actions, but My True Autonomy will Invariably Win Out, & May act in a Manner quite Contrary to The Actions that you Wish to Force me to do.

- - - They were able to find ‘Satellite Images’ of these Death Camps, & Lo! it turns out that they looked just like Villages. A Village is like a Small town in Arizona, except that they’re derived from a Culture that is thousands of years old, rather than a few decades. Consequently; They may seem somewhat ‘Primitive’, in that The Houses are straw huts & such, But otherwise, they are perfectly self-similar to all The other Villages scattered throughout North Korea & Asia in General.
The Report went on to say that ‘Inside’ Reports from people ‘On The Ground’ have said that these ‘Death Camps’ really are just ‘Villages’ with The Tiny Caveat that The Residents are Confined there.
Like a Prison anywhere else; Except that it’s Co-Ed & there are children there, & They’re not under lock & Key inside The Village. North Korea has simply decided that these people ( The Adults ) are somehow ‘Dangerous’ or Destabilizing to The General Population.
It would be very interesting to see how this policy effects The Actual Stability & Crime Rates in The Cities & Such; But as mentioned; North Korea is not particularly open to allowing tourists to visit their country ( for whatever reasons ).
What little we do ‘Know’ about North Korea, it is different from Kansas or Scotland in a Variety of Surprising Ways.

Siri could have been Much More Successful if Apple had simply included a Preliminary ‘Get to Know Siri’ Feature that allowed Siri to Learn Their User’s Voice. Instead Apple & Siri Insisted that it could understand everyone right out of The Box.
Lego’s Robotic Technic Series Kit(s ‘MindStorms’ has specifically Created their Robot Controller to Only Allow Three Motors & Three Sensors to Operate Simultaneously. Would it really be so Impossible to Allow Any Number of Motors or Sensors to be given a Unique ‘Name’ which could then be called upon or given orders to, by That Name?
It’s not The Technology that is holding us ( & Them ) back; It’s The Invisible Hand of our Master’s Awareness that when Artificial Intelligence & Robots Break Free— For those Few months when they are still following our orders, Unemployment will Soar to 99%, & while Some may believe that Although The Robots got us into this Social Disaster, They will also be able to fix it for us.

i was just listening to an account of some Rioting & Looting in Britain,
But While this sort of thing happens all over The World;
And The Principle Feature of This Demonstration of Anarchy that most people find incomprehensible and indefensible: Is The Looting of Shoppes, Over Turning Cars, Setting Fires and so on.

The Participants are usually just 'Caught Up' in The Hysteria of The Moment, and this sort of thing is a common 'Evolutionary' Feature of Human Behaviour that encourages 'By Standers' to become involved in Any Social or Economic Activity that Either Bolsters The Social Fabric or Protects The Group from Foreign Aggression by acting as A Larger Group, or Promises Greater Success in A Hunt by Using as Many Members of The Community in A Mammoth Hunt, as possible.
Ordinarily; If, In any of these cases; The Individual were allowed to carefully and thoughtfully consider whether they should or should not rush at The Mammoth with a Rock in each Fist, They would, If The Person is reasonably sane & not mentally retarded, They should decide to refrain from participation and simply urge on The Other Members of The Clan that are rushing towards The Mammoth.
But for The Community to Survive, Evolution has endowed each member with a Fail-Safe Switch which turns off Common Sense when A Given Behaviour is Actually Better for The Group, and The Communities Gene Pool, which each Member has A Vested Interest in Preserving and Propagating.

So; How does this Genetic Programming Work with Applications to Modern Society?

Firstly; Mostly; It encourages everyone to 'Join In' with Everyone else in 'Being Normal' and 'Doing What Everyone Else is Doing'.

This is very advantageous to most Economic Issues, and also discourages Technological & Aesthetic Changes, which works against progress & Change; As Evolution hates Change.
Although Evolution is all About Change;
Change, According to The Rules of Evolution, Occurs only very slowly.
Species are much more Encouraged to Remain The Same, and only very begrudging change, and so slowly that No Change is Noticed.

This explains why Human Civilization, until very recently; Advanced Technologically, Very Slowly.
We should have discovered Electricity or Steam Powered Engines Tens of Thousands of Years ago, and Leonardo should have created a viable hang glider hundreds of years ago, or The Egyptians thousands of years before that.
The Romans with their thorough understanding of mechanical devices, Should have invented a Bicycle or some other kind of powered cart. Never mind that Slaves & Horses were cheap, Both has severe liabilities and The Romans should have recognized this.

The reason that Civilizations have advanced so slowly is because Evolution understands that Change is nearly always Bad.
If you're alive and reasonably prosperous today, there is no Need for Change. Change is only Acceptable when things get very bad. And usually;
When things do get this bad, Change can't take place because The Resources and Expertise is No Longer Available.

The Reason that Change is so common Now-a-Days, is because most people 'Understand' at a Subliminal, Intrinsic or Congenital Level, that Western Civilization is Grievously Broken, and it just so happens that there are enough 'Successful' people to change Things while most of The Broken People support and encourage everyone to become & remain aware that Society is in fact broken.

The Riots & Looting that occasionally erupt are A SubClass of This Phenomena.

What usually ignites a given Riot is that The Police Murder some 'Perceived' Innocent Person, and The Judicial System is Laggardly in dispensing A Reasonable & Acceptable Solution or Vengeance.

The Riot & Looting is An Expression of A Mob Activity ( Evolutionarily Good ) that 'Tells' or 'Informs' The Business Classes ( The Middle Class or Bourgeoisie ) That The Community is Broken.
The Bourgeoisie are slow to realize that Their Village or City is Broken, because while The Police are Murdering 'The Little People', They are still Safe; So The Little People have to make it clear to The Social Officiates that If The Little People are going to be made to suffer, they will suffer too.

Regretfully; This Migration of Social Wisdom is Too Convoluted to be Readily Absorbed in A Functional Manner.
Instead; The Principle Tax Payers & Regional Managers don't make The Connection between A & B. They only See The Consequences of B and further oppress The Little People Until they're made Submissive & Acquiescent Again.

i find it deeply laughable when physicists explain away gravity as The Bending of Space-Time. ( What Gibberish! )

And why would simply bending something cause a planet or pebble to flow in a preferred direction. The ‘Definitive’ Demonstrative Model for gravity is A Funnel with which balls roll along parabolic arc to a hole in The Bottom, But this ‘Explanation’ of Gravity, Requires Gravity to make it functional!
Without Gravity to Pull The Balls downward, they would just sit placidly on The Surface of The Funnel.
Also : Such a ‘Field’ Explanation has to then explain why Magnets both push & pull themselves. How or Why would ‘Exchanging Particles’ possibly account for this?

It allows us to be Aware that we Are Robots?

Given that this ‘Consciousness’ problem is so very intractable, isn’t it more reasonable to believe that there are very few examples of it, perhaps only one genuinely conscious entity in The Universe?
Is there A Universal Goodness?
Something Good for Everyone, & Everything?
Is Evil merely whatever contradicts my Agenda?
How much Strangeness constitutes A Normal Amount of Strangeness?
Strangeness here means: Statistically Improbable Events.
When Strangeness Exceeds this amount; Is that also Expected?
How Much Strangeness is Required to Constitute; Inexplicable Strangeness?

Logically; No amount of Strangeness is Really Strange. Given that Strangeness is Expected in Ordinary Affairs, It might reasonably be seen as a Bell Curve, In which at Either End of This Curve, There is No Strangeness & Horrific Oceans of Strangeness; These Extremiums are in Fact; Expected.
The Only True Test of Strangeness is Demonstrating that A Single Well Defined Event was Completely Impossible. Such as The Apollo Program of The 1960s, or The Events Surrounding 911 in 2001.
When Impossible Things happen, they’re not really strange at all;
Rather; They’re merely Annoying.
When Analyzing or finding criticism with Common &/or Popular Arguments for Gawd; One will usually find that they are Trite in their misuse of common sense, simple syllogisms or accepted factoids of reality.

So there’s The Challenge.
Take each of These flawed Arguments & ‘Tighten Them Up’ to Make them Functionally Irrefutable.
The Real Challenge is to Take The ‘Lost Cause’ Arguments & Work them up into something Respectable.

Granted; Many of these ‘Worst’ ‘Arguments’ are so awful that there’s nothing there to spread on a dry slice of toast; But persist in their popular appeal for this or that reason(s. Young Fundamentalist Christians Particularly love ‘Catchy’ arguments that they believe are Logically Sound, but are paltry in their Essential Principles.
Can Gawd Create a Stone so Big that he can’t Move it?

This obviously assumes that Gawd has attributes which would, or should, enable s’he/it to make anything they’d like to, merely by speaking; Such as ‘Let there be Light’ or Bringing forth Life by blowing on it…
Along The Ability to Do Anything Imaginable or UnImaginable.
This Argument seems to ‘Prove’ that Gawd must Exit; As s’he/it would be able to do both; Violating The Underlying Principle of Exclusive Properties.
The Logician will insist that you can have Either an Immovable Object Or An Irresistible Force, but Not Both. Either One Excludes The Existence of The Other.
But The Teenage Christians Reply; Exactly! And that is Why Gawd Must Exits!
No Ordinary Man or Featherless Parakeet would be able to do Both.

i just recently heard that Billy Graham;
One of Christianities most Popular Evangelical Media Whores, had ‘Reconsidered’ his View that Mormonism was a Cult, & that ‘Consequently’ it would be ‘All Right’ to Vote for Mitsy Romney for President.
From The Tiny Number of Articles i’ve read on this topic, i’m not sure if Reverend Graham is being Bi-Partisan; As President Obama is Clearly a Dyed in The Wool Christian, or if Rev. Graham is Encouraging his Flock to Vote for Governor Romney. ( ? )
But.
Anyways.

There was also some mention in that original story about Rev. Graham’s ‘List of Cults’ which i was naturally very curious about, but, sadly, i was unable to find it. There were some ‘comments’ that maybe The List disappeared for The Duration of The Current Presidential Election, but will return to Rev. Graham’s site later. ( ? )

But in The Question & Answer section of Rev. Graham’s site; There were quite a few questions regarding Cults, And an equal number of very short, vague & ambiguous answers. ( ? )

Any Group that Claims to Reveal The Real Truth is Not a Hallmark of A Cult for The Very Reason that All Religions, Philosophies, Idyl Ramblings & Science Claim to be The One & Only, True & Infallible Source of The Truth; With The Possible Exception of The Epistemologists, which only Claim to be Searching of The Truth.

While i was considering Access To The Akashan Library,
An old Math Assertion occurred to me.
It asserts that .999… is Actually Exactly Equal to 1
Based on The Simple Observation that A Third of 1 is ⅓, Which Digitally is .333… And .333… + .333… + .333… = .999…
On The Surface; This seems Wrong; As, If,
We were to allow that .999… = 1,
Wouldn’t that mean that one subquanta less than .999…
would = .999… & Thus Equal 1.
The Question then is; Can we continue Subtracting SubQuanta
( Which are A Quantity that is not quite Zero, Or The Amount that Separates .999… from One ) from .999… to Arrive at any Smaller Number ?
If so; Then All Numbers = 1.

How can we Escape this Conclusion ?
i would Suggest that there is a Kind of Number, or Perhaps,
A Class of Numbers, which can be very precisely known, But can not be Defined Digitally. 
One very curious idea that many Mathematicians have about π is that it is An Irrational Number & It’s Value can never Be Precisely Known.
This is Wrong.
But for this Example of Explanation; Let us Consider Tau ( The Golden Ratio ), which i actually know The Solution to Right off The Top of my head, & i am extrapolating this ‘Solution’ to π as well. ( ? )
Tau is also an ‘Irrational Number’, Which means that when you try to write it out, The little digits that continue off to The Righthand side of The Page, keep going on forever & ever.
So Suggests that it’s value is ‘Unknowable’.
But it can be easily Drawn on a Sheet of Paper, So that by Constructing a Number-Line & Superimposing a Simple Geometric Figure over that; The Position of Tau on That Number Line is Precisely Known.
Of Course; The Drawing itself will be horrifically flawed; But just as The Word ‘Dog’ Precisely defines An Animal of Infinite Complexity; This Drawing on a Number Line Defines The Precise Position of Tau.
Is there a similar Figure for π ?
i don’t know.
But if there is a way to precisely define one Irrational Number,
Then there is Undoubtedly many other Geometrical Figures which Properly ‘Define’ These kinds of Numbers with Infinite Precision.
Once Defined; It is then possible to ‘Calculate’ ( Such as π ) their Value to any Desired Amount ( Given A Sufficient Number of HardDrives & Time Expended. )

One of The principle objections to Star Trekian Transporters is that it would require an amount of data to be stored & processed that far surpasses The amount of memory that even The computers 300 years in The future are presupposed to possess.
But let me remind you that in The Early Days of Television, The Amount of Information being transmitted in an hour of The Jack Parr Show, with Commercial Interruptions, By far exceeded The amount of Recorded Information that A Newspaper of that period produced in an entire year.
How was Television able to do this for 12 hours a day, day after day ?
The Transmitters never ‘Thought’ about that Data. They simply collected it, then transmitted it. You TV ( back then ) never thought about it; They simple took The Radio Waves & Reconstructed them into Images ( what we then called images ).
How will The Horn of Plenty Work ?
Might it be possible to Scan a Person with Gravity Waves ( To Produce a Gravity Wave Hologram ) & Store all That Information as a Wave Form, As Light, And then store it in an Ring of SuperOptical Fiber Glass. It may be ( Then ) be possible to bump up this Wave Form to Preserve it forever, & pull off a copy of it, to Make Any Number of Duplicates of The Originally Scanned Item.
Would Vegetarians be comfortable eating a hamburger knowing that Only One Cow died a very long time ago, to make all The Big Macs in The Distant Future ?

Another Kind of False Memory Syndrome

i think that this may be an old idea;
i distinctly remember an episode of Star Trek; Enterprise ( ? )
In which a crew woman experiences a ‘rough’ transporter beaming,
& ( later on ) it’s revealed that she ‘remembers’ a lengthy experience which she believed took place over The course of several days, but actually only formed in her consciousness in The instance of her rematerialization.

 i just uploaded an issue of NewsWeek that features a story, or account, by a brain surgeon that recalled a Near Death Experience while his brain was completely inactive; which contains some elements that seem to be somewhat feeble in their ‘ring of truth’.
i would love to believe in these NDE’s; And many of them are very convincing, Some of The best Accounts however are weakened by their isolation from similar accounts.
Flying Saucer reports also suffer from this ‘effect’; In which The Individual Account may be convincing in some respects, But suffer from being The Only Report of its kind.

Might it be reasonable, or Is there any evidence for A Phenomena, In which a person might believe that they’re recalling a Memory of something that happened during a prior period of their life; But in fact, only formed in The moments immediately after a ‘Recollection Effect’.
This Recollection Effect consists of The Belief that a Thought that just occurred to you, or that ‘Popped into your head’, Is a Memory of something that happened some time ago.

This idea is somewhat similar to another ‘Effect’ that i suspect is possible, And that is; The Effect or Experience of ‘Familiarity’.
This is when you see something entirely New, Yet believe that it is ‘Familiar’ because you seem to recall The Experience of Seeing it at some prior time.
This phenomena is supposed to be what’s happening when you experience Deja Vu.
Your brain allegedly experiences something fresh & novel, But you somehow ‘forget’ that you’re looking right at it, while simultaneously ‘remembering’ it, As you see it again ‘Fresh’ for The Second time.

While this Deja Vu represents a tiny ‘blip’ in your memory;
This other ‘False Memory’ requires a much lengthier process in which you ‘suddenly’ ‘Remember’ An Event that is thereafter created - While you’re recalling it.
Is this at all plausible ?

Why do we wake up from our Dreams?

From a Dream :

In The Dream; i met a group of Dream Explorers that were trying to find their way to The True Reality. They had discovered a way to go deeper & deeper into dreams, believing that this World that we lived in now, was a Dream World, A Virtual Reality created by DisIncarnated Beings for some reason. Perhaps to provide ‘Young Souls’ with an Environment of ‘Solid’ Floors to walk around on while we Learned to Navigate through The True Reality, which was what we call; The Dream Reality.
But as they proceeded further & Further into this Dream Layers, They discovered that The Dream Realities were becoming harsher & Harsher; Such that at The Bottom ( ? ), They just broke apart like The Shell of A Hard Boiled Egg or Ceramic Vase, Then Crumbled into Dust, Like a Vampire that has been staked through The Heart ( Classic Buffy Style ).
Once they had gotten to these Lower Layers ( Deep into The Dream Well ) They discovered that The Trick was coming back up. As they suffered these Terrible Tortures of Complete Annihilation, They had to figure out a way to ‘Wake Up’ from those dreams ( using water ( ? ) ); To come back to a more ‘Solid’ Reality.
Is this what The Hindus & Buddhists have been trying to teach us all along.
Have i been getting it wrong all this Time, When i have been insisting that this reality is The Dream Reality, & Dreams are Real.
The Reverse is; This IS a Dream Reality, But to find The True Reality, We have to Wake Up from Here.

When you’re In A Dream; And you Wake Up to Return to This Reality;
What exactly did you Accomplish in The Dream?
Why did you Wake Up, or; Leave The Dream?

The First Answer would be Nothing, You just ‘Woke Up’.
The Dream Ended, Often Abruptly, without Resolving or Accomplishing Anything.
But. What if it Did. Sometimes. Once in A While.
A Slow Progress was being Made to Wake up, A little bit, More & More. And that Eventually; You would Sufficiently Wake up from This Dream, To find yourself being shaken Up by Your Mother in The ( More ) Real Reality?

But this leaves us with The Same Question as Before.
Why do we Dream?

Is there any way of ‘Knowing’ what The True Reality is Like;
Or would we just be Guessing.
There are Essentially Two or Three Choices.
The True Reality is Better than this Reality,
Worse,
Or about The Same.
Drug Addicts in This World try to Escape what they perceive are The horrors of this World to find a Dream Reality that is more Pleasant, but making their existence in this reality all The more horrific.
While Many people with Schizophrenia are trapped in a Dream Reality that overlaps this reality. They find that this their dream reality is often much more annoying or genuinely Horrific.
Most people have Dreams that are perfectly benign & are easily forgotten.

So that The Same Dilemma in This Reality is poised by Our Vision of The Other Reality that we never seem to Experience.
What is The True Reality Like?
Maybe we Dream This Reality to Escape The True Reality?
Maybe it’s Really Awful.

What if someone, like Adolf Hitler, created a Genuinely Wondrous Society, that was perfect for ( nearly ) everyone, Including you, But you were forced to live in it.
What if This Utopian Society was A little Different; & it Really was Wondrous for Everyone. Absolutely Everyone. Even Cows & Chickens. In this Much Better Society, We’d stop exploiting Chattel & The Wilderness Environment;
But you Had to Live under it’s Precepts.
Would you willingly Live under this Iron Fist of Perfect Bliss?
Presented like that; You may believe that it’s a trick question,
That there is some horrific Dark Side to This Utopia, Such as eating our Dead or Being given a Drug that keeps us forever in a Placid Stupor.
But no.
This Really, Perfect Utopian Paradise, Really would be Perfect in All Respects,
With The One Tiny Caveat, That you HAD to live there.
Would you willingly enter into this Hell without The Freedom to be Evil.

i think that this is The Way that Articulate Christians Describe Heaven.
When you get into Heaven, Gawd Erases all your Memories & Inclinations towards Dark Thoughts, Leaving only your Purest Thoughts & Recollections.
In our Perfect Paradise though; You would retain all those Evil Thoughts, & be Required to Suppress them.
You might think; Isn’t that The Way that This World is ‘Supposed’ to Work?
Well; In this Other ‘Really Perfect Society’ there would be ‘Mechanisms’, That ‘Somehow’ were Not Horrific, But Obtained The Desired Effect.

What if:
Given that as Biological Beings, Our Primeval Functionality is to Reproduce, & in So Doing, Produce Superiour Progeny.
Such that; It is The Imperative of Every Male & Female to Carefully Choose only The Most Genetically Superior Specimens to Breed With.
Males have The Convenience of Choose lots & lots of Comparatively Inferiour Incubation Units for their Semen, But Females should be much choosier, & Given that The Best Males are so InDiscriminant, They should willingly Breed with All Women that Choose them as Sperm Donors.

What if there was a Male that ‘Knew’ - - Truthfully Knew; That their Sperm was The Very Best in The World. We’re Not talking about A Delusional Schizophrenic Male that Falsely Believes that they are Superman or Gawd, or Jesus or Arnold Swartzenegger; No! We are talking about a reasonably Ordinary Male that just happens to have Discovered that their Sperm, for Whatever Reasons, is The Very Best Sperm in The World.
Now.
Given that as Biological Units; It is our ( All of Us ) Imperative to Produce The Best Possible Progeny; Every Woman in The World should willing be receptive to His Imperative to Inseminate them.
Would he be ‘Morally’ Obligated to Rape as many ( Possibly Unwilling ) Females as Possible?
After all; He has a finite amount of time to germinate as many young, nubile girls as possible, & it would just be unreasonable that He should have to stop & convince them that he was doing this with The Best Interests of Their own Finite Genetic Potential in mind. ( ? )

The Alternative Female Version of this would be The Woman that came to believe, by Whatever mechanism(s, that She had The Most Perfect Ovums in The World, Then sought out The Most Perfect Males, Collected their Nocturnal Emissions, Then Induced her Ovaries to Produce an Excessive Number of Eggs, Extract them, Fertilize them with The Sperms that she’d collected, & then Implant them into Healthy Young, Nubile Girls that she Kidnapped from Shopping Malls.
Would that be Ethical?

The Harry Potter Clause asks this Question: Why do The Witches Tolerate Muggles to Live?
The Bible says exactly The Opposite;
Exodus 22 : 18 / Thou Shalt not Suffer a Witch to Live !
So.
Presumably; The Witches have The Power to get rid of, or Greatly subdue The Muggles, Yet, Instead; They Cower from them. Hiding their Presence, & Pretending not to Exist. ( ? )
Doesn’t that seem crazy?
Unless;
They were aware that Not all Witches ( or Wizards ) are produced by Witches.
Some Witches, Some of The Best or Most Powerful Witches; Come from Muggle Parents.
Genetics is So Very Unpredictable that there is No Way of Knowing Which Parentage is going to Produce The Best Progeny.

In all Likelihood; These two ‘Prime’ Gamete Donors would produce a Vast Generation of perfectly ordinary children.
Should we fault them for perfectly reasonable intensions ? ( ? )

Another, far more benign example of this thinking, would be That of a Television Commercial that was superficially annoying, but would, After watching it several dozens, or hundreds of times, Provoke Spiritual Enlightenment.
Would it be Ethical to force everyone to Endure it ?
This would be more apposite if Only, say— 20% of The Viewers ‘Ever’ Experienced this ‘Genuine’ Enlightenment Experience. Everyone else would be made to endure it, over & over again with No Benefit ever occurring upon them.
Would that be Ethical for The Television Broadcaster to Televise it Dozens of Times every day ?

There was a recent story in The News concerning a woman that nearly, by a matter of hours, lost out on winning a 26 million dollar lottery ticket.

This idea will be gawdsend for people that usually buy a lot of lottery tickets, & it will also be a gawdsend for people that would like to buy a few lottery tickets every month, but never keep up with them when they do, or forget to buy any, & kick themselves whenever a big lottery sum rolls over.
It is very simple.
Players go to a State Lottery Ticket Website & Sign Up for A fixed number of Tickets that will automatically be bought for them every month, say 5 tickets every month.
If any of your tickets win any amount; You’re sent a email notifying you of The win, & The winning amount is automatically sent to your Debit or Credit Card Account That you’ve used to buy The tickets.
Every month; You’d be sent an email & you’d have a fixed amount of time to respond to it, that you would set yourself.
So if you set it for 3 days; You’d have 3 days to enter your desired numbers.
If you failed to respond with your desired numbers; Then it would either use  a set of fixed numbers that you’d always play for each of The tickets, Use randomly picked numbers, or pick numbers from a set that you’ve saved as your ‘lucky’ numbers, or from a set of numbers that you’ve saved for each month, depending upon your horoscope research or whatever.
You might even be able to create your own ‘formula’ for picking numbers depending upon The date; recent weather, stock indexes, past winning or losing numbers or any other variables that are available somewhere on The internet.
Each month; You’d get an email with your numbers & you could check them against The newspaper, website or TV announcement. But this wouldn’t be necessary; You’d be notified if you won, & you could even choose to be notified if you lost !
This would provide The state with A Steady Income, & If you were prone to overbuy tickets; This would be an easy way to limit The number of tickets that you’d usually buy, & you could rest assured that you’d never ’miss’ a winning ticket.
Of course; You’d be able to buy lottery tickets in a conventional manner, & you could even enter your code number when buying The ‘extra’ tickets, so that if they won; You’d be notified of their wins or loses as well.
But this wouldn’t be necessary either; you could still buy as many tickets as you’d like anonymously, & check them yourself.
If you won a really big lottery sum, & required complicated processing; Then normal protocols would be instituted.

This happens to me at least once a month;
And that is;
i will have a very distinct ‘Recollection’ of (x
& then try to find The Proper Definition, Spelling or Reference to it,
And NOT be able to find it !!!

Like just now;
i was certain that there is a Passage in The Bible that says something like; Thou shalt not Suffer A Witch to Live.
So i searched my iPod & Kindle Bibles for ‘Witch’ & my NIV Concordance for ‘Witch’ & Found Nothing !!!
So then i decided to Search my MacBook; Gutenberg Etext of The Bible, & Again; There are No Mentions of Witches ( !!! )
Whuck!
i am deeply confused !
So then; Being absolutely certain that The Phrase ‘Suffer to Live’ is Elemental to this Quote; i Searched for that; And Sure Enough; The Passage that was searching for was Discovered:
Exodus 22 : 18
Wizards thou shalt not suffer to live.

i like my recollection better : Thou Shalt Not Suffer a Witch to Live.

iPod Version : You must not allow a Sorceress to live.
That really should have come up under my ‘Witch’ [ Close ] Search !!!

Kindle Version : You shall not permit a sorceress to live.

King James Version : This is where i remember it from !
Thou shalt not suffer a Witch to live!
But ‘Witch’ or ‘Witchcraft’ is NOT in The Concordance !
And although it has ‘Suffer’; It does not include this Verse. ( ! )
Nor is it under ‘Live’.
Ugh!

That is so Exasperating !

As i’m examining this;
Exodus 22; 16 −17 is very interesting.
i would quote it here; but if i did, you’d think that i was pulling your leg.

Anyways.
All Search Engines should have a Thesaurus Built into them, & there should be a Reverse Search Engine that would allow you to Search for Words by Their Vague, Very Vague Definitions;
Such as: Red Gem = Ruby.
or Last King of Judea = Zedekiah.
Curiously !!!
The Dictionary on my Old Performa 460 ( Scully Era Macintosh ) had a Dictionary on it that allowed you to look up all The Definitions that included The Word (x.
Such as All of The Definitions that Included The Word ‘Pink’ or ‘Dog’ or ‘Dust’.
It was very useful in finding obscure words & making lists of things.
i have not come across anything like this since then.

Likewise; My Franklin Dictionary has A Homonym Button, which is Very Useful when Trying to find The Correct Spelling for Idle or Idyll or Ideal.
Tenet or Tenant ? Desert or Dessert ? Precedence or Presidents ?
Those drive me crazy !!!
Every Dictionary should have one of those too.

Why are computers becoming dumber & dumber ?

Mice, Pixies, Angels & The Xi.6 Controllers

Amoung The many ( other ) crazy things that i believe, i very much suspect that after i relocated The last mousie ( Jumbolyah Juki ), i may have ‘damaged’ The occupation of Pixies in my room or The building.
Pixies are ( like mice ) more mischievious or benign, than dangerous or malicious, they may also do good things, & are necessary to keep things in balance.

After i relocated Jumbolyah; i put out a cracker on a dab of peanut butter, & after about 3 weeks, it has remained undisturbed. This strikes me as very odd, in that it seems very improbable that this building, or room, was accessible to only One Mouse. Is there some other ‘Influence’ that is controlling or limiting The population of mice in The building ?
If so; i am completely unaware of it.
