Bus Reminder...???

Hanging from a string, by the driver,
On every bus, In TheBus Network, On Oahu...
Is one of these 'Reminder' Sheets...
This is an absolutely terrible photo,
So you'll pretty much have to take my word for it,
When i describe to you what's on it...

Whenever i've asked about this;
i've been routinely told to Sit Down!
And it's None of my damn business,
Or That it's for Official Use Only
Or for Technical Usage...

Who may have been drunk when i asked her about this;
Revealed that The Drivers use this Reminder when filling out
'Condition' Reports...???
Which every Driver is supposed to fill out
When them come on, or off duty
To indicate where any scratches
Or dents are on TheBus... ( ??? )

But Why...
Do they have this ONE Item hanging there
On the front of every bus...
Why isn't it with the other papers...
...And stuff...???
