Best New Neologisms

i originally looked into this, To see if i could create a Catalogue of All The Syllables used in The English Language, That i could Then use to Assemble A Definitive Index for Anguish Languish Translations; Which i would then use to Devise a New UnCode based on Anguish Languish, CDB, Bennettian Poetry & Some Original Idea.
While this Examination seems to Demonstrate that The Total Number of Syllables is Manageable; It didn't really find them The Way i was hoping it would.
The Number of English Phonemes is around ( ? ) 42;
i haven't been able find An Unabridged Listing of All Syllables that Represent those Unique Sound Nibblets that i need to use inside a program to search for; And Replace with Alternative Words, Symbols or Change their Visual Structure.

In The Course of Creating A Scratch Program to Find these Syllables & Later Make Convincing Neologisms;
i first Wrote a Program to find The Most Commonly Used 2, 3, 4 & 5 Character Sets.

'in' is The most commonly used 2 Characters in The English Language !
Followed by 'ed', 'en', 'on', 'er', 'es', 'te', 'nt', 'an', 'co', 'de' & 're'.

There were only 427 two Character Sets Found;
And of those, 268 occurred 10 times or more in The Searched Text of About 6000 Words,
And 80 that occurred 100 times or more.
With 'in' Occurring 710 Times.
'ie' occurred nearly 4 times more often than 'ei'.
'ae' occurred 3 Times, 'ea' occurred 240 Times.
'oe'; 17 Times, 'eo'; 9 Times.
'ia'; 88 Times, 'ai'; 134 Times.
'er'; 492 Times, 're'; 367 Times.

The Most Common Three Character Set is 'ing', with 275 Occurrences.
There were only 10 Sets that Occurred more than 100 times.
'ion', 'ent', 'tio', 'con', 'ted', 'ter', 'nce', 'ate', & 'ati'.
There were 653 Sets with 10 or more Occurrences,
from a Total Number of Sets of 2642.

The Most Common Four Character Set was 'tion'; with 151 Occurrences,
From a Total of 5981 Sets.
Only 230 Four Character Sets occurred 10 or more Times.

There were 6953 Five Character Sets; 46 Occurred 10 or more times.
The Most Popular being 'ation', with 69 Occurrences.

i'd been trying to come up with a New Technique for Creating 'Convincing' Neologisms for some time, without much success.
This latest method uses These Most Commonly Occurring Character Sets to Provide The Reader with 'Familiar' Character Sets that Words are Built From.
The Most Commonly Used Sets were Taken from Each Listing.

How to Use Neologisms

There are essentially two kinds of Neologisms;
Those that The Reader should be able to discern their meaning from by Examining Their Construction & Context;
And those that Require Substantially More Effort to Figure out.

This List concerns us with The Latter.

Neologisms may be very useful when you want to use a Word, or Set of Words, that Gently Suggest some Meaning, Without Actually Meaning anything.

e.g.;
Pick A Class of Phenomena;
Such as Political Philosophies;
And Exchange All Such Labels to One or Two Neologisms.
This allows that Reader to avoid being entrenched with PreConceived Philosophical or Political Ideologies and simple Define These New Terms however they'd like;
Either Favorably or UnFavorably when Considering The Story's Speaker or Narrator's Exposition.
Henry had been raised as a Fanatical Oapendian and retained many of Their Dogmas after converting to Tivoeanism at The Urging of his second Wife.
This wasn't hard for him to do, as His Father was secretly a Shedefearean, which was The Source Theology of Its Fractional Sects; Tasseatism, Tivoeansim, Ributism & The Marmots of Oarious.

A Random Neologism might also be used as an Adjective.

The Dress was a Wonderful shade of Ument with Flecks of Bright Stingbor.
He often wore is Ilexic Shoes with His Favorite Uncle's Avevely Bowler.
Dr. Ontimar deftly handled The Dedlish Clamp when attaching Mrs. Stituso's Ressei Glands.
