i was just watching a bit of news concerning The Rampaging Driver in Austin T- …

Short Digression :

Austin in Not in T- Proper, it’s in a different State —

A week or so ago; i was watching The Film; ‘Bernie’ ( A True Story )

Which featured a short Geographical Breakdown of T-, which explained to my satisfaction, that T- is actually, or should be; 5 distinct States; of which my fevered hatred only extends to one or Two of them; The Dallas &/or Houston Section(s. )

West T- / Flat Range for Cattle Ranchers

Dallas / With The Snooty Wealthy T-ians.

Houston / Carcinogenic Coast To Louisiana

South / San Antonio / Where Tex meets The Mex

Peoples Republic of Austin with The Hairy Legged Women & The Liberal Fruitcakes

Up North : The Easily Forgotten ‘Pan Handle’ ¹

East / Carthage / Behind The Pine Curtain, Where The South Begins

And i was thinking ( again ) of how simple Police Procedures should be revised.

One of my prior Considerations concerned The Often Sited Police Shooting, in which a Dozen or so Police Officers surrounding a Suspect, open fire, discharging hundreds of rounds, & The later medical examination reveals that The suspect, usually a crazy hobo, a teenager on drugs, or a distraught unwed mother was only hit 5 times.

My ReThink on this would Only Allow ’Sharp-Shooters’; which are Not only Excellent Shots, but Calm in The Face of a Crisis, to have actual bullets & be allowed to discharge their weapons. All other Police Officers would Not be Allowed to Participate in Shootings where Sharp-Shooters were Present, & Even if They were on their own, They would Not be Allowed to Use Ordinary Ammunition. They’s be issued Blanks, with Rubber Bullets & Real Bullets in their FannyPacks, where they’d keep all their Other Junk, out of sight; which is usually hanging clumsily from their beer bellies or Velcro strips on their legs.

These Fanny Packs would be very cleverly designed to hold Not only all their usual geegaw, but their side-arms as well, so that when their just walking around, They would appear unarmed & harmless. Although everything is out of sight, The Officers would be able to reach around & grab whenever they needed in less than a second. It would also be designed so that they could run without things shaking out, or allow ne’er-do-wells to grab stuff from them, even in a scuffle !

But i was thinking today about Chases.

If you’re a police officer & you spot someone that needs to be pulled over, you should first make a wild ball park estimate whether or Not they are likely to pull over when you flip on your lights & siren. If it’s a routine traffic stop, you’d have every reasonable expectation that they would, but if they’re Wanted for several outstanding felony warrants, They would Not.

If It would be far more reasonable to expect them to Rabbit, In a Careless manner, Disregarding The Safety of Pedestrians, Unleashed Pets, Deaf Squirrels & Other Vehicles, Then Don’t flip on your lights !

In this Austin Incident; i can well imagine that The Drunken Lunatic might well & possibly quite reasonably, blame The cops that were chasing him ! If they weren’t chasing him, He wouldn’t have been driving so recklessly !

In many Jurisdictions; They’ve already figured this out, & if a ‘High-Speed’ Chase begins, The Police back off, Regroup & make an effort to pursue the suspect, later or on another day.

This new Procedure wouldn’t even wait for The High Speed Chase to Begin. Instead; If The suspect is expected to Run, The Police would arrange to bring The Car to a Stop in a Benign Manner by boxing it in with Unmarked Police Cars, at a light, before making an Arrest or Determining The Nature of The Driver’s Activity.

Presumably; This would happen Rarely, But The Reduction in Property Damage & Bloodied Shirts would be well worth it.

Slipping through universes

Crazy Ideas / Beliefs

One of my crazy ideas/beliefs is that i/we slip from one universe to another all The Time. That is; Routinely.

This is founded, or based on The Observation that The Universe that i’m living in today, is clearly & unambiguously Not The The Universe that i was living in Yesterday.

Obviously; The World is Constantly Changing,

But i’m thinking more along The Lines of Details which Flip one way one day, then another way, another day.

Such as The Color of a House i routinely pass by.

Or that The Deadbolt on my Door is sometimes very difficult to turn & on other days, very easy to Turn. On any such Day when it is one way or The other, i will try to replicate The conditions which make is difficult or easy to turn, without success.

For some of these things; i have a theory that i call;

The DisInterested Tangental Observation.

This is when you see something that you see everyday, but you don’t really take any special Note of it. Such as The Color that a Porch is Painted.

i might notice one day that it’s Red, & then at some later time, notice that it’s Blue, but in each case, i have Not taken any ‘Special’ Effort to Remember this Detail.

So that; The Next time i see it; It is The New Color, Say Blue, & i Recall, Vaguely, that it used to be Red, but i’m Not really sure.

Then at some point in time after this; my brain does something very quirky, it forgets which came first, The Red or The Blue Porch. So that Now whenever i see it, It is always Blue, but i’m thinking; Didn’t it used to be Blue, & then Red, & Now it’s Blue again ( !!! )

In Cases like this; It’s just a crazy Brain Flip.

But there are other observations that are less easy to explain.

Things that Don’t Ring True

i think i have a good sense of when something Rings True or Not.

Many of these things come from very authoritative Sources, Most specifically; Science programs on TV that say The Darnedest things.

Recently; The Science Media Sources have been ‘Revealing’ that Astronomers have been Discovering lots of New Planets orbiting other Stars, But do these sources reveal how they were discovered ? i suspect that most lay persons believe that they were spotted through bigger & more powerful telescopes, & they’re seen with The same clarity that one might view a Robin Red Breast from your Kitchen Window with a Common Pair of Binoculars.

No.

That’s Not exactly it.

First of all. Stars are very, very far away.

& Although some Stars are much bigger than our Star ( The Sun ),

When you consider how far away they are, they’re very small.

The Very Odd & Curious thing about seeing Stars in a Night Sky from your Backyard, is that that all of these Stars are made ‘Easier’ to see by The ‘Blurring’ of their very feeble Light through The Atmosphere. If there were No Atmosphere, if you were standing on The Moon, these Stars would be so very, very tiny, they’d be very difficult, if Not impossible to see with The Naked Eye.

Our Astronauts give conflicting reports on this, saying in one interview that The Stars are either very easy to see, or impossible to see ( ??? ) Does this confusion lead us to be more suspect that The Moon Landings were a hoax ! Can’t they get their stories straight ( ? ) !

Anyways; Everything we do ‘Know’ about Stars, would suggest that they are very far away, & would appear very, very tiny.

Their Planets then would be even Tinier. Much Tinier.

The Stars themselves would usually occupy less than a single Pixel on a Modern Telescope’s CCD ( Charge Coupled Device ) or what used to be called ‘Film’.

If a Star is Less than one Pixel, how are they ’Seeing’ Planets ?

They aren’t.

They’re seeing These Tiny Specks of Starlight Jiggle & Flicker & they ‘Surmise’ that what they are seeing is Planets Affecting The Motion or Brightness of their Host’s Star.

The Great ‘Harm’ of allowing people to believe so many ‘Dumb’ things is that it prepares them for every new round of Dumb Things.

If you easily Accept when they’re telling you today, it makes it easier to accept when they tell you tomorrow.

Recent Oddness ? Strange Sensations, Plus The Other Things

i don’t consider myself to have a particularly acute sense of smell, but occasionally, maybe twice a week or less often, i will become disturbingly aware of an odor that i will then be completely unable to localize.

These odors are usually cigarette smoke or urine.

i have noticed what i think/believe are mouse poops in The bathroom, which i deduce are then because they go in there to get water that settles on The floor after showers.

As a result of this; i have checked my mouse trap several times, & it seems to be working properly, & i have put fresh popcorn in it as bait, but none have set it off yet, & The popcorn doesn’t look disturbed.

Maybe i’m too much The Optimist, i shouldn’t believe that angels ( Ξ.6 Controllers ) are looking out for our best -immortal- ( Non-Temporal ) interests, or that while it may seem like The Dumbest People are running The World, or The Most Evil People are running The World; There are The Smartest People, in A Truly Secret Society Overseeing everything with a Long Term Plan or Objective in Mind that really is in our Best Interests—

Which Contradicts all The Most Superficial Evidence.

The Local News this morning ( March 6 2014 - Spokane Washington ) is RePlaying a News Snippet Over & Over & Over again. Granted, it may be a Slow News Day, but it seems to me that on Slow News Days, they ( Channel 4 ) should have a repository of Little Stories that they can fill up any given 6 hours with. ( ? )

i’m sure that there are countless community oriented groups or local clubs that would love a little free publicity on these slow news days…

So what is it ‘Really’ about ?

Why are they running this same News Clip Over & Over & Over again ?

In conjunction with this Snippet; There was another Story from Massachusetts this morning that revealed that their high court there decided that A Woman in Public, wearing clothes, is Not Nude— & further, Does Not enjoy an Expectation of The Same Level of Privacy that she may expect in her own locked bathroom. ( This applied to ‘Up Skirt’ Photograph. ) Curiously; There was a Woman Legal Commentator that was implying that a Woman in Public that was wearing underwear or a bathing suit or gym pants WAS in Fact Nude, & Should enjoy that same level of Expected Privacy, Never mind that she’s wearing a skirt so short that merely walking in it would reveal if she’s having her period or is overly excited. She seemed to think that it’s The Gentleman’s Social Responsibility to ‘Look Away’, Unless of course, he’s attractive; Then he can Look. 

This same legal discussion came up here in Washington a few years ago, & they decided The Same thing: Being Rude is Not Criminal.

This Brings up ( Short Digression ) a BiggleBug that i have concerning womyn that Cry Wolf when a man in The Work-Place ( Generally ) will ‘Accost’ her in a manner requiring legal action— but it turns out that The Act itself wasn’t The Crime, it was that The Man accosting her wasn’t attractive enough, If he was more attractive, She would have enjoyed being Accosted.

( End of Digression )

The Snippet that our Local News Station kept playing over & Over & over again regarded a 20 something man that displayed his penis to a 16 yrold girl at The Central Downtown Metro Depot.

Another Digression : Aren’t laws ( Prohibitions ) like this saying that it’s Illegal ( Wrong ) to Be a Human Being ? That Socially Responsible ‘Citizens’ of a Post-Pre-Industrial Civilization should always disguise themselves so that no one can tell if they’re people or Not ? We think Islamic Burqas, Hijabs or Yashmaks are so Wrong, But aren’t Business Suits The Same Thing ? Aren’t The Impositions that Professional Western Womyn Must Wear a Clown Mask in Public The Same thing ?

Even i know that this is Not The Correct Interpretation, Although i don’t think that The Courts, & certainly Not The Damp Masses understand this ‘Taboo’.

The Taboo of Nudity is designed ( Was Designed by (x ( ? ) ) to be Stupid. The Purpose of Any Taboo is To Be So Stupid that No ‘OutWorlder’ would ever expect it to be a law & No ‘Foreigner’ could ever figure it out, UNLESS they were brought up in this Society. That’s The Purpose of these Taboos, To have Rules ( Very, Very Serious Laws ) that Are Completely Unexpected, But So Thoroughly Ground into Every Culture’s ’Psychic’ that Native Citizens would Never Violate them. If you Do; Then that means you must be an ‘OutWorlder’ or Crazy. Which was what this Young Man was. Was it really ‘Wrong’ though. No. It was The Opposite of Wrong. But We NEED to have these Rules so that we can Immediately & UnAmbiguously See who The OutWorlders ( Terrorists & Tourists ) are, Or if Your Crazy.

Not so long ago; Talking to yourself was a Taboo that indicated that you’re crazy, But Nowadays; Nearly everyone understands that nearly everyone ( seemingly ) goes around talking to themselves, & this Taboo is being discarded, although many people are putting up a fight to keep it.

So The Question is :

Why was The News Station running this Story over & over again ?

Was it to remind us of this Taboo that maybe more & more young people are forgetting, or was it meant to make us Think that maybe this is a dumb taboo. We might all readily agree that The Young Man, that just incidentally was crazy, as being rude, but  just how ‘Wrong’ was it ? Illegally Wrong, Seriously Illegally Wrong ?

Are Smart People running The World & Subliminally Shaping our Thinking for The Better, or was this all intended to be nothing more than an exercise in permitted mischievous prurience.

The Theory of Permissions

or Validity / or Verification

— says that people just can’t accept new ideas until they’ve been given permission to accept them, until they’ve been validated as being ‘True’, by an authoritative Source.

This is why or how we know things are True,

Why we believe all sort of Crazy things,

Why human’s can’t or don’t really ‘Think’ at all.

We merely ‘Believe’ things that have been validated for us.

Who does this Validating ?

Are those people Truly Thinking ?

Or is something else going on ?

In a Witches Brain; there is a molecule or Magic Seed that allows them to Truly believe things, so that anything that they Truly Believe may become Real.

But everyone has this Ability, ( Almost ).

Everyone can Truly Believe nearly anything, by merely allowing themselves to. All you have to do, is for a moment, without consciously realizing what you’re doing, believe something that hasn’t been previously validated.

Imaginative people find this easier to do than most people.

For them; The Imaginative People, they have a sieve that tells them when an idea is a good idea or a bad idea.

For most people; The Authoritative Source tells them when an idea is good or bad.

But even a comparatively ordinary person can experience a new idea & become ‘Aware’ that it is True.

This doesn’t happen very often, & this individual, by themselves, Usually, is Not, or does Not become an authoritative source; So that they may be The only person in The world to think this idea is a good idea— But An Individual May become an Authoritative Source if they simply pretend to be. ( ! )

This next step may require a bit of conscientious forethought, or it may be assisted by a touch of Schizophrenia, but essentially, all that’s needed is for The Individual with a New Idea to go out & tell someone else their new idea, =as if= it were validated.

As if; ‘This isn’t a new Idea, this is an old Validated Idea, & maybe 20% of The People that hear it, will accept it as a validated idea.

And then it Cascades out, or propagates from there to become a Validated Idea, & where it came from, how it ever became validated may never be known.

Most Validated Ideas though come from Validation Sources that are Controlled by people with enough Hubris to willfully generated The Validation of Dozens of New Ideas every month through a Magazine or Television Program. The Difference or ‘Trick’ to this Validation process is that these ‘Ordinary’ People that are Distributing The Permission Slips to everyone to ‘Believe’ these New Ideas, is that they themselves do Not yet believe them.

For The Magazine Publisher or Television Producer, these are merely silly ‘comical’ ideas that should Not be taken seriously, But when these ideas appear in a professionally prepared Media Venue, They =are= taken Seriously.

They must be True.

No Rational, Reasonable person would ever believe that deliberately wearing your pants in a manner that made them look as if your belt or suspenders were broken, would be alright or ‘Kewl’; but if this ‘Look’ had been Validated; They it is True. It is Kewl, It must be adhered to.

Not ‘Everyone’ believes it though, because different castes have their own Validation Sources. Not everyone believes that New Ideas are true from Just Any Validation Source, The Source Itself has to be Validated in most cases.

Again though; This can be ‘Short-Circuited’ by an Individual that Claims that a New Idea, Born in their own Head that very morning, -Came from- a Valid Source that The Listeners usually follow. Thus; Reasonable ( ? ) people will often believe crazy things, because they don’t ‘Think’ for themselves, they only accept things that are ‘Validated’ for them by their Authoritative Sources.

Are People really no Smarter than Fish ?

Is it that People only Believe that they’re thinking, Because they ‘Think’ more ‘Cleverly’ with Greater Retention that Fish that Suffer from Short Term Memory Loss ?

Plus; People have Thumbs, While Fish Don’t.

i should note here that GoldFish are often thought to be very dumb, but keep in mind that A Goldfish in a Bowl in a very artificial Environment, & If you were put into a small room, in which you had to keep moving in order to breath; How Crazy or ( Dumb Looking ) would you’re behaviour become after only a few days ?

Also: Goldfish can be taught; In Stimulating Environments, Tricks & Routines comparable with performances often witnessed being accomplished by dogs or Rats.

Strange Sensations

i frequently experience a ( few ) kinds of episodes of disorientation that are Not exactly ‘Sensations’ but: What are they ( ? )

a} i recall something with vivid certainty, to The extent that i know that such & such a ‘reference’ or ‘idea’ was thoroughly documented in such & such a file or document somewheres— But no amount of searching will allow me to recover or find it !

b} i recall or Open a file that contains a fully documented account or program or instructions for (x, which when examined; Contains numerous accurate examples of The programs intentions, But The program & instructions for The program ( for my HP48 Programmable Calculator or Scratch Application ) do Not make any sense whatsoever, & more-so; No amount of ‘Back-Thinking’ & Extrapolation of The Available Material, Will make a lick a sense from any of it ( !!! )

c} i believe ( ? ) that i have the ability that is somewhere in The vicinity of An ‘Eidetic’ ( Photographic ) memory, & have on various occasions demonstrated this ability. i often recall ( to my satisfaction ) various fine details of a conversation, days or weeks later that The speaker of these items has forgotten or Now refutes; Which is very common behaviour for ‘common’ or ‘ordinary’ liars, But these details would seem to be ‘True’ & thus should be Indelibly recalled by The Original Speaker. / The Diametric End of this ‘Ability’ though is that i often listen to someone or Read a Book, or Watch a Film, Often one that i enjoyed, & then hours or days later, have no recollection of it at all. / i have frequently come across a DVD at The library that i am reasonably sure i have Not Watched, & then having read The Blurb on The Back of The Packaging, & with Great Effort, Recalled a sufficient number of ‘Incidents’ within The Film to Satisfy myself & i have in fact watched it, perhaps less than a week ago ( !!! )

More Craziness in The Building

Missive that i intended to send to Wei ( Will ) Yan

This is The Second Time that i’ve ‘Noticed’ this;

& that is ; TJ ( i think ? ) from Room 1 has come up to Room 5,

Usually in The Middle of The Night ( Now 3am ) & Started Banging on Bernabe’s door, claiming that she’s The Assistant Manager, & that he’s Evicted ! ( ? )

This Time; She was claiming that he’s a Wife Beater & So on.

Very Loud Stuff.

They Both ( TJ & Bernabe ) seemed Drunk

a) Is This Woman TJ ? ( Confirm with Additional Inquiry )
i did confirm this with Bernabe The Next Day

b) Is She The Assistant Manager ? ( That would be Crazy )

c) Is Bernabe Evicted ? ( ? ) [ Later on; i discovered ( ? ) that Bernabe & Barbara ( from 5 ) have Not actually been Evicted, but their Lease will Not be Extended ( ? ) Bernabe has on a few occasions gotten drunk & gone on a rampage through The building, but when he’s Not drunk, he seems very nice ( ? ) Barbara on The other hand, is always a Harpy ( ! ) ]

In any Case(s; This all seems very Crazy.

i think it is FABULOUS that you have NOT simply cleaned out Room Three & Thrown everything out on The Sidewalk, as i have seen other Landlords do.

That is just Wrong.

But you do need to resolve this to Open The Room Up again.

Have you had any luck in Locating/Contacting Lee or Carey ?

Or Their Lease Contacts ?

[ This was later ( Discovered ) Resolved that Lee ( Boy ) had moved out, & Now Carrie ( Girl 50ish ) is living in 3, but she hasn’t been actually evicted either, although The police have been called to ‘settle’ things there on at least 3 occasions that i personally witnessed. One time The police had to kick The door in ! ) ]

If i were King of The Universe; i would make a very reasonable effort to Contact Lee &/or Carey or their Lease Contacts, To Determine where they’re stuff should be moved to.

( There may be Somekind of Address Book or ( ? ) in The Apartment that would help with this ( ? ) ! )

If this can Not be resolved in say 90_Days ( 120_Days ) ( ? )

i would Inventory everything in The Room, Separate Out things that Seem Personal/Sentimental & Legal from Furniture & Junk,

Then Put The Personal/Sentimental & Legal Stuff in Sealed Storage Containers somewheres for ( ? ) However long that seems Reasonable, Convenient or Financially Viable,

& Dispose of The Furniture & Junk to The Salvation Army or An Auction House, Depending upon it’s Estimated Worth.

Any Money’s made from that Auction would be Stored or Noted with The Other Saved Articles Awaiting Lee &/or Carey’s Return.

This latter Action assumes that there may be Items of Substantial Value ( Exceeding $300 ).

i have often mentioned in The Past that i believe in Something(s that most featherless parakeets call ‘Angels’.

i prefer to believe that Angels are Non-Denominational, But when you specify that you’re talking about Non-Denominational Angels to Traffic Cones that are Certain that all The Angels are Members of their Particular Congregation or ‘Faith’, They choose to ridicule any additional proposals or comments that i may choose to make about these androgynous entities.

So; i now call them Ξ.6 controllers.

We are Ξ.5 Entities.

These Ξ.6 Controllers ( Zee point Six ) are Outside our Delimiters of Good & Evil. They are Not Good or Evil. There are Not Two Kinds of Ξ.6 Controllers, One Type Being Good & One Type Being Evil.

There are Just Generic, Amoral Ξ.6 Controllers.

They do What they Do.

The Quirky Thing is This :

Our Building Owner ( Wei Yan ) that likes to call himself, Will Yan, to apparently Westernize himself— Which may be somewhat more successful if he spoke fluent English, which he does Not.

Aaannnyyywwwaaayyy.

Wei Yan accepted a Man as a New Building Resident & also ‘Promoted’ him to something like Building Supervisor or Building Helper or Whatever.

When Duane ( Duane Lee ComesLast ) ( Sioux ) Introduced himself initially; i’m sure he did so with The Strong Suggestion or Actually said that he was The ( New ) Building Manager.

To Digress just a slight amount; Several Months ago; Wei Yan allowed or Invited ( ? ) several Families & Individuals from =World Relief= to move into Our 10 Unit Building. There were at least 5 ‘Sets’ i think.

And it turned into a Fiasco !

They were all Either from Burma or Eritrea, & None of them Spoke English. Plus; Their World Relief Handlers had every intention of simply dumping them here & abandoning them.

The Principle Problem with this was that for every problem that came up with them, there was No effective way to communicate with them to ‘Straighten it Out’— So that these little problems got bigger & Bigger.

One The Most Annoying Problems had to do My Subscription to Netflix. i had a larger envelope beside my tiny mailbox to accept them; which worked fine for about 5 years, Until one of The Burmese Children started taking them from it.

i didn’t know it was him for a few months, & it was never resolved conclusively, so i just quit The DVD Netflix Service.

Another problem was that they Family upstairs would let their children run naked through The Building, ( Not a Problem ) But The Younger ones would pee whenever they needed to.

They also didn’t seem to understand The Recycling Bins & The Garbage Dumpster. This should have been an easy problem to solve, but pantomime just didn’t seem to be working.

Fortunately; They all moved out after only about 6 months, except for one elderly Eritrean Couple.

From The Moment that i Met Duane; i didn’t like him.

He’s a Big Skinheaded Galoof that was obviously ( Strongly Suspected at The First Meeting ) a Compulsive Liar.

He also said something that i immediately thought was ‘odd’, but i didn’t follow up on it at that time.

And that was; Wei Yang [sic] was giving me ( Duane ) a Second Chance.

( ? ) A Second Chance from What ?

About a Week later ( or so ) i finally got around to looking up some things he said :

It turns out that he most certainly is Not a descendant of Sitting Bull. It turns out that there are so many Native Americans claiming to be a Descendant of Sitting Bull that The Real Descendants are getting pissed off ! And Furthermore; You’d think that there would be Hundred or Thousands of Descendants of Sitting Bull around The World by now, but there are actually only a dozen or so ( !!! )

The Other Thing that i found out was that Duane’s Second Chance was The Result of Duane being Arrested in July 2011 for Attempting to Murder his GirlFriend, or possibly any number of more recent crimes.

Wei Yan apparently ‘Knew’ about this ‘Incident’ with Duane’s Girlfriend, but only from what Duane had told him.

Wei Yan did Not pursue any additional Inquiries as to Duane’s Background. Wei had ‘Assumed’ that The Seattle Arena, where Duane was Working as a MaintenanceMyn would have properly ‘Vetted’ him. Wei Called Duane’s ‘Supervisor’ which did Not express any concerns about Duane. ( ? ) It was my contention that The Seattle Arena hadn’t done a Backgrounds check on him either ( ? ) For A Minimal Wage, High TurnOver Job, why would they spend $60 for a through Check of his Background ( ? )

A Tiny Amount of Additional Searching on Google then Revealed that Duane had started his own Gang of 13 year olds that robbed, stole & peddled Crack Cocaine.

Duane’s Older Brother Travis is in Prison for The next 51 years for murdering a fellow drug dealer,

And Duane’s Younger Brother Kenneth is also in Prison for Murdering two Teenage Girls & Wounding a Third, when he was 15.

i forward all of this to Wei Yan & he seemed both Distressed & Defensive. He didn’t seem to think that The Attempted Murder of Duane’s Girl Friend was really that big of a Deal. After all; He’s Not in Jail Now, The Police must think that he’s perfectly safe to be around ( ? ) !

And his Brother’s problems are Not Duane’s Problems !

When i was leaving The Building The other day, i ran into a ‘Bunch’ of Duane’s friends hanging out in his apartment, & apparently there were so many, that they were pouring out into The hallway.

They were all like Zombies. Lifeless Drones that shuffled along with sunken eyes & drool leaking from The corners of their slack jawed maws.

What i am ( Secretly ) hoping for is that Duane will Self Destruct in Some Manner so that we’ll be rid of him.

Wei can’t really evict him or even demote him from Building Helper, There’s every reason to believe that he’d do something crazy in retaliation.

Plus: i believe that Duane is making changes to The Building’s Security that isn’t helping our Security, but Duane’s own plans for The Building’s New Purpose ( ? )

Maybe Duane sees Wei as The Easy Patsy that he is.

Crazy Meeting with Duane

Duane came over tonight & was ‘upset’ in a very passive/calm way that i was spreading a rumor that he was a sex offender ( ? ) !

Which i denied, & then readily admitted that i’d told some of The other people in The building that he had a criminal history, which he freely admitted to.

Then i wanted to straighten this out; So i went up to see The people in 8 & 9, whom i had mentioned this to, & told them that Duane had a criminal history, but wasn’t a sex criminal ( as far as i know ).

While i was up there; About 5 or 6 people gathered in The hallway & on The Stairs.

The people upstairs were mostly uncooperative about hearing this, or straightening it out, but Then Duane mentioned to everyone that The Couple in 5, 3, Jim & i were crazy, & that anything we said can Not be trusted; So i then readily revealed The i had Asperger’s or Schizoid Personality, but i think that they mostly ‘heard’ Aspergers.

Anyways; i also mentioned, after someone mentioned that Duane was the building manager, that Duane was The building helper, but everyone else insisted that Duane was The Building Manager ( ! )  Everyone insisted that Wei Yan acknowledged to them that Duane was The Manager ( ! )

And Duane said That Wei had just come over that afternoon & brought him some food, which makes me think that Duane & Wei have a longer history.

All in All, i think it went well.

Also; The consensus was that Carrie from [ 3 ] took my poster ( ? )

Also; It looks like Duane is Growing his hair out.

One other small detail; Duane at first suggested that we call Wei Yan, but then later backed down & said that that wouldn’t be necessary, after i got my phone & was preparing to call Wei Yan.

It’s very troubling that Wei is giving me, Duane & The other people in The building mixed messages about this ( ? ) !

Also Duane mentioned some other things, that he was involved with The Police & something about $450 ( ? ) ??? as payment for being The Building Manager ???

Wei Yan also mentioned that Duane has some ongoing dealings with The Police, but he was very vague about it. Duane mentioned some Acronyms that i wasn’t familiar with, so i don’t remember what he said ( ? )

It’s all very mysterious.
