There's some TOTALLY FAWKINGLY AMAZING Gematria Revelations here...
Why hasn't this Caught-On...???
There is AMAZING TRUTH Here...!!!
The one thing that i think still needs a little work,
Is that when Two Related or Opposite Words equal some given Sum,
It seems to me that 'The Arguement' would be strengthened if the number could be directly related to some additional quality, elemental force or entity...???

Subject: Re: Your blog, and some [ Amazingly Amazing ] gematria stuff
My favorite gematria to use is still EOG (A=1, B=2, . . . Z=26),
[ EOG = ( ? ) Elementary/Original Gematria ( ? ) ]
NO! -- It's English Ordinal Gematria...!!!
because it's the least contrived and therefore the results are more impressive.
Of course, it tends to give pretty small numbers (not 666),
which is why the other key you mentioned (A=6, B=12, . . .) is nice.
It's the same as EOG, but with all the values multiplied by 6,
so all the equivalences will be the same.
There are an amazing number of Jesus-related words
that add up to the same number (74 or 444):
Jesus = messiah = Jewish = cross = gospel =
= according = parables = the king = ruler
Christians think this is pretty cool,
until you point out that the following words
also add up to 74 or 444:
Lucifer = fiendish = abominable = accursed =
= DCLXVI [666 in Roman numerals!]
74/444 is also the value of "English," "gematria,"
(anagrams are a subset of gematria equivalences).
[ Absolutely...!!! Anagrams are just as Magickal & Revealing as Gematria...!!! ]
Here are a few other interesting equivalences in EOG:
= the twenty-six holy letters = 351
Ten Commandments = Thou shalt not = 173
Joseph McCarthy = anticommunism = 164
pornography = masturbation = 153
authority = compulsion = intimidation = ...
= Saddam Hussein = John Ashcroft = 137
Wall Street = stock exchange = 135
Revelation = antichrist = seven seals = ...
= second coming = apocalyptic = 121
aggression = conquest = domination = ...
= warmonger = holocaust = 114
morality = good guys = golden rule = ...
= altruism = almsgiving = 113
Adolf Hitler = Osama bin Laden = ...
= Ronald Reagan = 110
smoking = cigarette = marijuana = ...
= pot heads = 88
Moby Dick = the whale = 82
abducted = aliens = 60
Another interesting key I came up with
is what I call :
A = . 6 . B = . 8 . C = - 5 . D = -24
E = . 0 . F = . 8 . G = -10 . H = .29
I = -11 . J = -14 . K = .24 . L = - 7
M = .18 . N = .10 . O = - 9 . P = - 8
Q = -29 . R = -26 . S = -11 . T = . 0
U = .31 . V = . 8 . W = .11 . X = .28
Y = - 1 . Z = .35
Check out the results:
zero = 0
one = ace = monad = 1
two = deuce = couple = 2
three = 3
four = 4
five = 5
six = 6
seven = 7
eight = 8
nine = 9
ten = 10
eleven = jack = 11
twelve = queen = dozen = 12
jinx = king = baker's dozen = 13
fourteen = 14
fifteen = 15
... and so on, all the way up to
twenty-nine = 29.
Pretty cool, eh?
Since CG uses both negative and positive numbers,
most word values are pretty low
(i.e., nowhere near 666).
But one nice feature is that in addition to matches
(words that add up to the same number),
you can get opposites.
George W. Bush = 13, and John Kerry = -13.
